Everyone is always so nice and helpful. As soon as I walk in the door greeted with friendly hellos. Nice Selection of items store is always clean and organized. I usually deal with one of the Kristin’s they never do me wrong always honest and fair! If I am looking for something in particular or need a little help to make it to payday I go to Cashland first for sure.

The employees are very professional and polite, very understanding and I enjoy my visit every time I go into the business, I would like to say thank you to everyone who works there.

really don't think they even deserve one star...They sell you things on false pretenses acting like they didnt know that there was nothing wrong. And in all reality they knew damn well that there was something Majorly wrong with it for the simple fact that it was rusty on inside of motor and it was seized up. Thsy never disclosed that information upom selling thw item and continued to play me like a fiddle. Never again

Horrible service from Cashland. They act like you stole anything you brought into them even when trying to show them a receipt which "Kristen" refused to look at with a major attitude... They want you to leave your personal info on your device to "prove" its yours and say we'll delete it later before reselling definitely not cool with leaving a 10 year old account anywhere with all my banking and personal info... Then on top of it came back to accept yesterday's offer and they lowball you with a lesser offer.. They want to give you pennies on the dollar and resell it for top dollar...Selling a Melted Ps4 for 229$ only go check it out it hasn't moved.... This place is a joke and I will never return. Nothing but snotty remarks from "Kristen" entire time .... Why have someone like that represent your business with no patience or good customer relations.

Absolute worst pawn shop I've ever been to. Owner is a very cheap person! Low balls on everything and charges crazy prices avoid at all costs.

Ok well one of the employees working there was very rude, but besides her nasty attitude tords my family and myself, she tried to give me 100$ to sell my ring and she said it would be less than that to pawn it. Now this ring isn't even a month old, chocolate diamonds and rose gold made by levian sold buy kays jewelry. I needed $ to help me out with the holiday and instead was treated rudely. Wouldn't recommend going there. They have a circuit one there for 150$ which is what they cost brand-new... that place is ripping people off

Purchased a "new" Bose Series 2 soundbar. Took it out of the box and noticed that the serial numbers didn't match. Found out the sound bar was a Solo 5 in a Series 2 box. You could also tell it was used. My husband went back to return it not even 20 min later (didn't even make it into our house). Showed them everything that was wrong and they gave my husband a hard time trying to say it was the right one for the box, the numbers matched etc. Eventually they refunded after a big fuss. We won't be going back there.

They are wonderful . My girlfriend won't go to no one but them. She said she loves the warm feeling when she first walks in. She also said she loves how they remember her name every time
