The truck speaks for itself in condition and the price was perfectly in my budget. I have had a bit of bad luck lately. It was nice to come in and see my car all fixed up and running her best. Even better she was all cleaned up on the outside I had to look twice I think she was smiling and caught her winking at me. Unreliable. Bought a car from them, and asked about having a backup camera installed as we were buying the car. No problem, we'll call you with a quote. Follow up a week later, we're still trying to get a quote. A week later, probably $150ish, but it probably won't be oem after all. Fine, not sure why a Chevy dealer won't do oem when others will, but fine. They'll call us to schedule. Call them 5 months later. Let me call our installer to get you a quote. No call back. Going somewhere that actually wants our business. We probably wouldn't have bought this car from this dealer if we would have known how poor their post-sale service is. The car is fine, but it wasnt an amazing deal. We were more than willing to overpay to get the oem head unit upgraded and camera installed, and they just never cared to bother.

I took my Silverado in for body repair due to hitting a deer. The passenger side fender, headlamp bezel, grill and bumper, door curl and dents to rocker panel and small dent in front of hood. All parts were replaced and all dents removed. My truck looked like it was new...they even re-painted the entire hood, waxed and buffed it out. Midway body shop exceeded my expectations. Air bag sensors were replaced. Nothing was left out, but I really appreciated the effort put into repainting, waxing and buffing out body parts as my hood looks like it was replaced by a new one.. Great job by Midway Chevrolet body shop, thank you so much!

We drove an hour and a half to get there. The process was quick and painless, and there were no surprises that would have hindered the deal that was made over the phone. Carol Blair was amazing and we would definitely buy from her again.

Bunch of crooks here at midway if you have a 4 wheel drive truck and need a tow never call these guys they will help you destroy it quick as can be and then not even offer to take a look at it to fix it hauled my truck from orwell to bloomfield in park with the truck in 4 high rear wheels off the ground and now my front end is sounds like its falling apart then after asking for a reciept for the tow was refused and said that i would have to pay taxes on the bill ? Seems pretty shady to me tax evasion and not even qualified to understand how to tow a 4 wheel drive truck if i could give no stars i would ina heartbeat

The Service department did an excellent job in analysis and repair to my 2015 Chevrolet Impala, using quality parts as well as washing the vehicle for pickup the same afternoon.

Staff is always courteous and friendly.! Midway goes out of their way to provide great service and sales. I always recommend the work they do and the sales team is great!
