Very professional atmosphere, but also friendly at the same time. I switched all of my policies over, and it was super simple. I even saved money! I would definitely recommend doing business with any of the helpful staff members. They won’t give you the “run around” like other insurance companies may do. They’re straightforward and try to find you the best quote for the least amount of cost to you (and I know all insurance companies advertise this, but this is legitimate). Thank you Aaron Bussard State Farm for providing the qualities I’m looking for in an insurance company and for helping me with my policies!

Debbie nickname Derb, was a very nice person with a very good personality and friendly, she won’t try to sell you anything very high will work with you and sell you insurance that you can afford, highly recommend this agency’s to anyone trying to get any type insurance.

Aaron is the most knowledgeable and caring insurance Agent I’ve ever dealt with and it’s something that his entire team conveys at any time , whether it’s an inquiry on my auto policy or just him taking the time to reach out at least a couple times a year to make sure everything is going alright and to address any questions and/or changes I might want to make. Tiffany and Debbie are the nicest and most caring members he could have working for him and I really enjoy talking with them, as I don’t think I’ve ever had people be so nice from the very first time we met or spoke. They truly do appreciate their customers and I’ve never felt like just another “client” since I switched over to State Farm through his office for my auto insurance and life insurance. I will always value good customer service as I understand the saying that “you get what you pay for” and even if it was a few dollars more , I’d want to still be with him and his office to take care of my needs. But even then, State Farm was able to get me a better rate on my auto policy and Aaron took the extra time to answer every question I had (which can be a lot self-admittedly) to ensure that my needs were met. Thank you again for everything you and your office do for me as a customer Aaron and I will continue to recommend anyone and everyone to give your office a call for their insurance needs!

Aaron and his team are always informative and ready to help! I've had to make a couple claims due to either weather or run-ins with local wild life and I've gotten nothing but friendly professionalism. My claims were processed and dealt with within days and I didn't have to do much after calling my preferred services. Plus Aaron and his team will check in and make sure I'm getting all the coverage and discounts available to me!

Aaron explains the complicated world of insurance very well. Got to know my wife and I, so that he could recommend exactly what we looking for. Attentive to his clients, will get in contact with us just to make sure we are good. No high pressure upsells. If you don't have an agent I recommend getting one and Aaron is the best out there.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aaron Bussard and his care in setting up our State Farm accounts. I needed a variety of accounts and all were completed with ease and expertise. I have had State Farm Insurance since I was 17, and I will be 65 next week. Aaron Bussard is the third agent to take over the business, and I find him very easy to work with. He works to get us the best rates for our money and offers suggestions for what we need. He helped us a lot recently with our move from Pa. to Ohio by having all documents ready for the loan officer and the reality company, making a super smooth transition with no effort on our part. I like his personality, too. He always asks about how we’re doing, how’s the weather in Ohio, etc.. I give him 5 stars!
