Huntington Bank High St, Worthington

What a slow and anti client environment. I was the only one waiting for a banker to initiate a wire transfer. Both Bankers where simply chatting not business, knowing that a customer is waiting for them. I used to love dealing with the Huntington, up until today. I understand this is only this location problem. I wish they can see my review and improve. Bank is for business not for chatting.

It was my first time going inside this particular huntington bank branch. I had such a lovely experience with 2 different tellers. They went above and beyond for me. Normally I feel uncomfortable when I tell people I have extreme visual dyslexia and that it makes it hard for me to write numbers correctly and read them correctly. The wonderful teller I had took care of everything writing down everything I needed to be filled out on my cashiers check. Whom ever the staff was at 10am made my experience lovely and both taller should recieve a wonderful raise :)

David was incredibly helpful after we got married. Had challenges at other bank branches but we had an easy transition because of his help!

I'll go out of my way to avoid this branch due to rude employees. In particular , the older white woman (blonde, glasses) is one of the most condescending people I've ever had to deal with. Typical of Worthington, but nonetheless annoying. Love the bank but can't stand this branch.

I had a very good experience lately. Jeffrey Maitland was a very helpful contact for me. Other employees are very good as well. I am very impressed that they know me by name.

Love Huntington. Always had great experiences. Another branch in my hometown truly saved my family during the 2008 recession when we were struggling. Now today I am in the process of buying a house of my own. With a super soon closing date, I am running frantic to get everything done. I called and spoke with a banker at this branch today who was able to walk me through several fund transfer processes over the phone and was so helpful and patient with all my questions, even with the sounds of a hair salon in the background on my end! He was so patient, helpful and kind, despite the noise and my having to rush. Will always recommend Huntington.

Having been a teller before hand, I know what standards should be in place to exhibit good customer service. If that's what you want from a bank (This Location) is not where you will receive good customer service. I try to make it a point to not make a hubbub about customer service because of course we have all worked a job with similar duties such as greeting customers and so on. But this encounter today was absolutely horrid. They lost a deposit slip I had given to them in a night drop, they also took to me like I was an annoyance. As if i wasn't part of their porogitive to serve. I can't say I was exactly offended by the service, more like I left unhappy due to the sheer disconcern they had shown to me regarding my deposit slips being missing. All in all, beautiful bank with uncaring workers.

Out side Atm eats your cards. NOW I CANT GO ON MY VACATION! The banker was rude and unwilling to help me Resolve the issue. “ I had to order a card” that takes 10 days! So thanks Huntington you killed my vacation; I been a customer for over 10 years 🤷🏼‍♀️

Been a customer for 20 years, went to this branch for the first time. They were down right rude!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere! Very rude tellers. Go to a different Huntington.
