Had a very good experience trading in my jeep renegade and buying a new 2021 renegade with Eric. There was no pressure to buy warranties or made us run credit for other banks because we came in with our pre-approval letter. They also swapped my snow tires because I got same make and model just newer same wheel size. I fully appreciate the service I received here! After dealing with other businesses in other states this place was such a relaxing experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle.

Thought this was a quality dealership until I saw they are charging a market adjustment fee on their new vehicles. Can't get any lower than taking advantage of buyers during a pandemic. They rank as low as possible. Will never purchase from Humes Family, Matt Clark and company. Should be ashamed of themselves.

I came unprepared to my inspection. The service desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond their job. He printed out my new registration for me, and called my insurance company for them to email my insurance card. Instead of being frustrated about a customer coming unprepared to an appointment he went above and beyond to help me. Also while I was there I was on my laptop and trying to get work done for my job, multiple workers who passed all asked if I needed anything, and another team member even offered me a desk. I do not live close to Waterford, but I will continue to bring my car back to Humes for the amazing service provided and the exceptional customer service I receive.

Had a great experience at this dealership. The salespeople aren’t pushy or overbearing. Sean was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The buying process was smooth and fairly quick. Anyone who has ever bought a car at a lesser dealership knows how frustrating the buying process can be and how annoying it is to have to decline all the “extras” over and over again. Jeff was honest and thoughtful - he even saved me money! There’s a reason they are a well-respected dealership. Everyone was so friendly and respectful of my time and my money. Highly recommend!

Well wish I could give this place a thumbs up they were all gone whole when I was there to buy my 2012 Jeep Liberty. Funny thing is we never made a left hand turn in our test drive as soon as we left the dealership I made a left hand turn in the windshield wipers come on so obviously they knew this and sold it to me that way. For the salesman Eric Campbell when I called he said oh that definitely will be fixed, and now for the bad part as soon as I ran the air conditioner for the first time for a long period of time it over heated like you wouldn't believe. So I set up an appointment but I had to call this person and I had to call that person I needed a loaner car but they don't have a loaner car so now it's like I wish I wouldn't have never dealt with this Humes group. We'll see how it goes when I take it in for my appointment I hope their service department's better and how I've been treated so far.

I was in the market to trade in my Dodge Dart for a lightly used truck, and was referred to Humes after several other dealerships. Mike Pancurak jumped right in to help me out. No pressure to sell my trade-in, friendly, and willing to let me test drive anything i wanted until i got a feel for what i wanted. Gave me options at multiple price points every step of the way, and ended up selling me a 2018 Ram Longhorn. Finance department was upfront and very open with me, and gave genuine suggestions with little to no pressure for things i didn't need. Found a mirror problem on my way to sign, and they made an appointment for the following Monday to get it fixed for free on my way out the door. Awesome place, and I will be seeing them again in the future.

Almost ruined my credit so be careful. I went there for a first car everything went well. Settle on a car and the staff there were friendly and very cooperative. End not being able to get the care due to loan issues. Went somewhere else to find out they screwed up my credit by giving it to too many people. So stay away if you don’t want to loose credit.

We stopped in and spoke with Mike Pancurak..We were looking for a 2 door Jeep Wrangler, well we got 1. Mike was extremely helpful and a super nice guy, made us feel very comfortable and wasn't pushy and I feel we got a great deal. We knew what we wanted and he produced. Absolutely love our "Harley" orange jeep as I call it... Definitely well be recommending Mike and Humes to everyone!!

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the parts and service gentleman who totally made a customer happy! Long story short I had to order a new FOB for my Pacifica and did not know you needed to say you also need the insert! Upon arriving home I got the fob out of my purse to put on a key ring and there wasn’t a place to hang it from on the fob, hence the “insert”! Leased a truck 3 years ago. Bob Corritore is a great salesman, great guy with no hassle. Will work with you and not push anything on you. Also, follows up with every request. We are from Lorain, Ohio which was about two hours. The team took care of us which made the journey that much more enjoyable. Service department also did an excellent job on my Jeep with a quick and thorough Oil change with short notice of our arrival. Avoid Humes at all costs! Working with Humes over the past three weeks has been one of the most unpleasant experiences with any car issues. Borderline unprofessional sales tactics and deliberate neglect of turning over cars to resell them are the factors that sets Humes in an avoid at all costs consideration. After I purchased my car, I realized that they not only did not conduct a simple service (oil change, etc), but they passed my car for inspection when there was a chip in the windshield that a Safelite technician told me that he would never consider that to be passed. I now have had to replace my windshield, change oil, replace a valve stem, and send in for re-inspection. First and last time working with Humes.

Have purchased several vehicles through Humes. Tim Sam's always able to find what we need, when we need it and for a Great Price. You can not beat the Service Team. Called Last week on April 21. They got us in for a oil change and tire repair. In at 3 PM out at 3:25. Tim does still owe us for a tank of Gas

I had the best car buying experience ever at Humes!!! We are a military family and usually dealerships see us as cash cows and see us coming from a mile away! Not at Humes! They are absolutely professional and all around straight forward. Eddie Miller was the best salesman we've ever come across and went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted for the price we wanted. If I could give them six stars that would be my rating for Humes. The staff at Humes are friendly and welcoming. We did not feel pressured as most dealerships make you feel. We have three small children, Eddie brought them balloons and popcorn while we waited and won their little hearts over. That's not something I've ever seen in places of business, usually they look at your kids while their crying and bored from sitting around as if you need to take them to your old car until everything is done. Eddie even gave our kids Humes hats which they wear proudly on sunny days. All in all our experience at Humes was amazing and I wish we could take them with us to the next place we will be stationed!
