Our experience with Co/LAB Lending was phenomenal! Uploading documents was extremely easy, and when we had questions, we were able to call someone and speak to someone almost immediately. They were also very professional and quick to reply to emails. Christian Hardman and Opie Hughes had us closed in no time. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called to get a pre-approval for a home loan. Because my husband and I have great credit, I told her not to make any hard inquiries. She assured me that she wouldn’t and didn’t have to because our credit was so good. Well, she made hard inquiries on all three credit bureau’s not just once but 2 times each! WTH! So I text her and asked her why when she told me she wouldn’t. She called and apologized and said it was her fault that she made the hard inquiries when she shouldn’t have. We are not impressed. We just feel lied to and it was a very dis-honest.

We just bought our first home! It has been a long journey and now that we have finally received the keys I am being asked to leave a review. This is one of those task that I do not feel adequate in expressing the value and worth of utilizing a mortgage company. The whole process would be much easier if it was just cash in hand from the buyer to the seller. That being said. I do appreciate the responsiveness of navigating the troubled waters on our way to making our first purchase. Keystone, Regi in particular; was our go to person for all the nuts and bolts of getting our foot in the door. It seemed like the paper trail would never end and she was helpful to get us to where we needed to be. Every text, email and phone call was always reciprocated in a timely fashion. Overall the experience was very positive with using Keystone as our mortgage company.

We went through Keystone Alliance mortgage for our initial mortgage and recently to refinance. They helped us to get a great interest rate and shorten our mortgage to half the initial length! It was tough to get in touch to get the ball rolling (it took many calls/emails over several months), but once we got going in the loan process, but they were very responsive and great at keeping us in the loop! My advice would be to keep calling because it's worth it for the great loan advice and smooth experience!
