Could not be more satisfied with our experience at Auto Express KIA. In this difficult time to buy a car, we had been looking for months and found that other dealers in the area were marking up their cars sometimes by $5K. I applaud Joe Atkins for not taking advantage of this market and taking care of our community by offering superior cars and service without marking up his inventory above MSRP. Scot and Regina were complete professionals and could not ask for more in the buying experience. You have won my business for the future and I will be telling everyone I know about our experience and the value that the KIA brand offers. This was the best experience that I ever had buying a new car . Our salesperson Natalie Coleman was outstanding. Basically all we had to do was email her our information and she took care of everything. The Finance Department also did a great job. I would highly recommend buying a KIA from Natalie and Auto Express.

The financial guy even stayed late to work on my paperwork and kept looking for the best deal possible on the auto loan until all options were exhausted. Do not buy a car from here. I have had nothing but problems constantly. I took it back for them to say they have to replace the exhaust okay fine whatever. A month later the engine light comes on so I go there to have them fix it and they're trying to charge me to fix it!? When it litterally is all on them. Not to mention someone hit my car while it was at it's last service so there's scrapes down the side of my bumper. I'm never going to buy a car here ever again. I should've stayed weary when 3 of my friends told me they had ISSUE AFTER issue as well!!! Save your time, hassle and stress by going somewhere else. Seriously I wish I did. And how do y'all not have a tire sensor for a Chevy the most made gm product in the world.. I've had nothing but problems with most of the auto express stores. Seems like all their vehicles have issues.

Don't buy a used car from here they'll screw you over and not hold their word on fixing it. Be weary of the used manager shady practices!! I'd give 0 stars if I was even able to post this review without.

I wish they would include close up photos of imperfections on their used vehicles before making a trip. The dealership had a nice atmosphere and if you want a low pressure but very helpful sales person, ask for David Bagnoni.

Rodney Vera was the salesman that sold us my wife's car. Very polite friendly easy to deal with and my wife loves her new car. Everyone we dealt with up there is very nice and easy to deal with the finance people and the parts guys as well.

This is a place to buy or lease new and used vehicles. Not a place to buy replacement parts to do ones own vehicle repair.

Possible one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. New to car buying and had A MUCH better experience dealing with Griffin Motors just a few miles south. Throughout the entire process you would have thought I was the one trying to sell them a car with how uninterested and unresponsive they were. I felt less than a priority and this dealership was un-willing to work with me on any scenario to try and get a deal done. I was fed information and pricing that was not accurate and finally after countless phone calls and a full week of trying to pry pricing out of them, the quotes that I received were not close to anything previously discussed. I understand this was in part due to my credit not being great, however if the dealership was more upfront on their financing we could have avoided wasting my time for a full week. This dealership ran two hard inquires on my credit, never followed thru on any timeframe they would get back to me (until I would yet again call) and when finally getting me quoted pricing, they were not even available to discuss the quote. I received information thru text message and was not offered any other solution or remedy. I was upfront about not currently having a vehicle and instead of continuing my car search elsewhere, I instead was fed inaccurate information and strung along into wasting a full week of my time. Meanwhile I call Griffin Motors just a few miles south and instantly was met with great customer service and a conversation that was open and catered to my needs. I found out about how their tiers for financing works, given upfront information on my credit and what my interest rates would possibly be and ultimately treated like a priority.

Good friendly, fast service.. Took my new Sportage in for its first oil change. Had a 4 oclock appointment. Got there a bit early. They had it done by 4:15. It is such a nice change from the Honda dealer i used to go to with my CRV. They are one of the reasons I now drive a Kia. Only bad news is that they don't give you the $50 referral for sending a buying customer like they told me they would.

Extremely pleasant, great customer service experience! This place is A+++ for me and my family. They treated us like their own family which was comforting, especially after a 7 hr drive from NY. The sales rep Chris S., the Business Mgr Jason S., and the Title Notary Christie were phenomenal and instrumental in making a smooth out of state purchase for us. Definitely worth the scenic drive out to good old Erie (Waterford) PA !!!

If you're in the market for a new vehicle GO TO THIS PLACE!! Seriously don't even bother checking another dealership out! I had the best experience and not once felt pressured or uncomfortable, even after I panicked a little when they told me what the bank required to be eligible for a auto loan (very darn close to an arm and a leg). Bobby Lewis was great and I highly recommend him for sales. They were super busy when I was there and he had to juggle of few customers, but never once did I feel forgotten or that my needs weren't being met! Regina Toombs in financing was so helpful and made communicating with the bank a piece of cake. Just really a great place all around! I don't usually leave reviews but I just had to for Auto Express Kia and the great team they have working there! Good job guys!!

Went in to try to just find something cheap. Ended up getting a 2019 Chevy Cruze and was out the door in just a couple of hours! David and Jason were extremely helpful and made my experience amazing! Incredibly easy experience! We shopped online before we arrived, and the whole process at the dealership was less than 3 hours from start to finish. Rodney was our salesman and he was great. He never pressured us and answered all of our questions. Would and will definitely recommend.

Bought a 2019 sportage yesterday, the staff was wonderful. Scott the salesman, got us an awesome price and the finance and insurance guys were great. The only issue I had was Kia Joe walked by us multiple times and not once did he say merry Christmas. Just would have liked a merry Christmas. But I will say overall the dealership was amazing.

Had an unusual experience purchasing a used 2013 Volvo XC60, looked the car over multiple times over a couple of days. Jake was great about accommodating my situation as I returned to work. I purchased the car AS IS with no warranty, now I know my Volvo's pretty well but I missed somethings that are common to this vehicle, leaking windshields. I took it to Hedland Auto Glass and the determined the windshield was actually loose, you could physically move it, I immediately returned to see Jake to ask him if he could help me out, thankfully they made a quick decision to give my a loaner while they had the windshield removed and resealed at Safelite Auto glass and then they detailed the car as promised! I think Jake, Lou, service manager, and anybody else I missed went way over beyond our agreement, this was the most amazing experience. THANK YOU!

Excellent experience buying my new Kia Sportage. My sales person was Dave Bagnoni and he was very helpful and friendly, and patiently answered all my questions. There was no pressure at all. The service department is excellent. They told me how long my service would take, (oil change) and came to tell me my car was ready in exactly that time. Very happy with my Auto Express Kia experience.

If you decide to buy a car from Auto Express Kia on Peach street, do not go through Don S; he was very rude and unprofessional when I expressed being upset by all the scratches and mismatched mirrors, one being a charcoal grey, the other a black (I didn’t notice this until day 2 since it’s hard to notice at first glance) on the 2019 Kia Sorento I had purchased. Not once did he address these issues in the car buying process. I will say, Regina and Joe were very helpful though.

Very disappointed in this dealership. Purchase process started off as a challenge- which is a whole different story. Then the new car came to me with damage that was never brought to my attention despite being cleaned and detailed by their crew.. in the end this brand new 2021 vehicle required a new paint job before even getting it off the lot. Was provided a loaner vehicle that smelled of cigarettes. And when I arrived back at the dealership to pick up my car, the salesperson admitted he was too busy and never picked up the vehicle from the autobody. I was never notified and the autobody shop was closed by this time. I lost a lot of time with this dealership. The manager seemed to take little interest in taking responsibility for the problem. He remained seated in his chair during our conversation while another lazy employee leaned up against the counter while we discussed what had happened. This other employee never contributed to the conversation just leaned there like a dud.. after all I been through, the manager had the otastity to rattle off why those customers were more important than picking up my vehicle that day- I guess paying customers take the back seat in his book. This place needs training in respect and good manners. What a disgusting experience- nothing will convince me to trust them again

New building is awesome! Service department is always great! Update: We recently returned to the dealership to turn in our lease and left with a new Seltos! Don was a great person to deal with. He took the time to explain everything and yet was seen jogging between departments to make sure we could take delivery as soon as possible! Very respectful of our time and experience! He even pitched in to help finish cleaning up the new Seltos! We love it and highly recommend Auto Express and Don Sayban to everyone!

My first car buying experience was HORRIBLE. I’ve been dreading having to go through it again. My car was totaled so I needed a new car. We had to jump through some loopholes to get it financed/my ID was stolen. However they were GREAT! Bobby Lewis was emailing with me for about a month to get me pre-approved while I was waiting on a new ID to come in from PenDot(not their fault it was taking a month to buy a car). Finally got everything I needed; was there for less than 1.5 hours and walked out with a car. Bobby couldn’t make it in so I worked with Don. He’s also great. At this point I haven’t test driven anything; Bobby already had a car in mind for me from our talks and it’s EXACTLY EVERYTHING I WANTED!!!! I didn’t think I could afford this and they made it work!! The lady for finance was AMAZING! I apologize I don’t remember her name. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. She got me an amazing rate; with a warranty!!!

Was very upset, advertised a vehicle went up to look at it and it was not on the lot! And would not be there for 2 to 4 weeks. But it was definitely implied come test drive it today!
