The entire service from beginning to closing was a great experience. Luis not only knows what he’s doing but he’s very helpful the entire way. He pretty much would hold your hand (if need be) and communicate the entire day even after business hours to make sure all your questions are answered. He tells you all the information you need to know what he needs and if there’s something he can’t do for whatever reason he’ll know someone who can. So why go to anyone else when he’s an all in in person . You wouldn’t need help from anyone else once you get started with him in your loan process. I was very pleased with my loan process and how fast he made everything happen for me . He was very efficient and detailed . I’m glad I chose Luis to refinance my property.
