Bank of America Financial Center Westchester Ave, Bronx

First and last time at this bank/branch, I needed to cash a check. I was told by the rude woman at the front desk that there weren't ANY TELLERS at this location. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, how is it possible for there to be no tellers, it's a bank for crying out loud, I've never experienced going into any bank and was told there aren't any tellers. So don't waste your time and gas coming to this location if you need teller's assistance. I'll stick to Capital One Bank, where teller's are available in abundance.

The ATM lobby is always overcrowded because the bank doesn’t care about the safety of their customers during this pandemic. You absolutely have no privacy. It’s ridiculous . Hopefully this gets their attention .

It's only one bank teller at the window and the waiting in line its over 40 minutes .

This place has 8 workers but only 3 are actually working. They have a manager but it’s like she can’t do anything but ask questions and have you wait hours. There are 5 windows but only 1 worker behind the window is working. Just an overall understaffed and horrible Bank of America !!

Patiently waited on a long line to withdraw money. Asked the teller for 100s and she said no. I should’ve asked for a manger. She was rude too. I bet if I was Latina she would’ve been nicer and be okay with giving me what I asked.

Depositing check waiting more than 45 minutes unbelievable so bad service🥚

Why everyone is complaining about this branch….? The manager of the branch and management of upper level should investigate because customers are suffering or they should close down the branch. Please don’t make people suffer because of some bad lazy workers…😩

I was here today, mr. John was very polite and I finally opened my bank account at Bank of America. I recommend because of the profesionalism and good communication.

This was my first and last visit to this location. On April 28, 2015, at around 1:30, I entered the bank in order to purchase a certified bank check. The line was extremely long and I noticed there was only one teller. After about 1/2 hour another frustrated client asked the manager what the problem was and he proceeded to tell her that, "The other tellers were on vacation." Really? I worked at a bank for many years and know that when someone went on vacation, you borrowed tellers from other locations. For a bank as large as BOA, this should not be a problem. I waited for over an hour order to complete my transaction. This is far below what satisfactory customer service should be. I will never go to this branch again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Don't even bother going in. My wife cash her check here every Friday and every Friday the manager has to verify the check when it's already a Bank of America check they are all dumb from the staff all the way up to the managers unbelievable. I gave it one star because it don't let me choose anything worse.
