I was becoming very frustrated with the lack of communication between State Farm and I regarding my policy and bill. Today I went to call and cancel all of my policies due to the unprofessionalism I was receiving. Alyssa is the reason why I am continuing my business with State Farm. It took a simple 10 minute phone call for her to explain what was going on and make me feel at ease. Because of her I will continue to refer people to her office, she truly showed amazing customer service today.

Just wanted to share that the customer service girl named Alyssa was very professional and polite on attending me. 👍 I made my payment and also answered all my questions in a way I understood correct. Give her my thanks once again and thank you again for such a great service
