That woman with them glasses named Jessica I think behind the counter really cares and helps. I’ve been living in New York at least four years now and this is the only place I go when I need a little help.And Jessica is always there. I thank god for her! Never a hassle, she never low balls, and she gives a courtesy call when your loan is due in case you forget. Most of the customers I’ve noticed She knows by name and I kinda like that, it says a lot.she’ doesn’t judge, is always polite and talks to you not at you (let that sink in).This is the best store for customers service that gem pawn has!!! Hopefully I’ll walk in one day and she will be the manager at that gem pawn on Westchester in the Bronx cause she definitely deserves it.

Jessica has single-handedly held me down during this transitional period in life. I am extremely thankful to her and her team. Great location, great service, great everything!

When I first started going to jem pawn I met an employee there by the name of PATRICIA.. let me tell you she is awesome,she is a lifesaver. I have fall on financial hardships several times during this covid-19 pandemic and I have always been able to come to her and get a FAIR loan or a pawn. She is polite courteous and knowledgeable of products, which really helps especially when I come in. Most importantly she is compassionate and non-judgmental with customers and very down to earth, which really makes the experience that much more pleasant. I've been to a couple of locations for gem pawn but the one on Westchester in the Bronx is the best...

Jessica was amazing! I spoke to her over the phone concerning a pawn that I wanted to bring in but was unsure if it would qualify for a loan due to some physical damage, and she took the extra time out to actually look at the picture I emailed and reassured me it would be fine, as I dont live close by and didn't want to travel for no reason. This is what I call true customer service! I have already came here for an iPhone loan and now i will be returning yet again! So efficient, thanks Jessica!
