I've been with Gem 💎 Pawnbrokers for years since Vanessa was the supervisor of the castle hill location she always treated me with love and respect making sure i was pleased when I left out.. As time went on Stephanie was relocated to the store had her position Vanessa climbed up 👏 and the new team at this location they grew to know me gave me that same love. Now moving fwd there has been some more new changes but the store is still pleasant clean and helpful with your goal in what your aiming for. Rae has been very attentive to my needs and doing he best within the company's guidelines to keep me happy. We grew to know eachother by names as you can see. I love this location. Thanks family!

I visited this place today in search of lenses for my camera and they had one that was compatible with mines and offered me a reasonable price for it. Judy was very helpful, nice and professional and had a smooth transaction for my item I placed on layaway. I recommend this store location and thank you again Judy!

The pawnbrokers on Castle Hill and Westchester ave in the Bronx are great. They work with the customers, and are genuine. The staff at this location are excellent and very polite. I never had any issues here. I recommend this location to anyone. Great job guys.

I called Gem Pawnbrokers and spoke with Vanessa. I was interested in purchasing an iPhone. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the phone and answered every one of my questions. I’ve only dealt with the Castle Hill Store and through the years everyone behind those bullet proof windows are Awesome…Currently Stephanie and crew are so helpful and always make sure I walk out with a loan with the most I can get out my items..Stephanie was under the weather one day and should’ve been home resting but pushed through and served my loan needs… Managed to smile (that’s dedication).. Gem in general is the best and most helpful pawn shop in that industry!! Need not venture anywhere else!!!

If you looking to get some quick extra cash Forget about going anywhere else to pawn your items. These folks work with you and they provide a valuable service. And if you remain loyal to them they will go out of their way to give you more than your item may be worth. And unlike other pawn shops they won't sell your item if the time expired. They will work with you.
