I highly recommend this dealership. I’m currently financing my first vehicle, a Honda Pilot and I love my car and feel like I got a great deal. I was nervous telling any dealership this was my first experience purchasing a car because I didn’t want to be taken advantage of but I can honestly say, they made me feel comfortable, they took their time and explained everything step by step. I had some minor concerns and emailed Marcie and she went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. If you have any issues, I highly recommend reaching out to Marcie. I was recommended by a friend and wish I didn't went. One of the most unprofessional experiences with a salesman Mozart. I understand it's difficult for no money down but not impossible. I would have appreciated if he was more honest instead of rushing us stated he would contact us the next day, waited for Monday and left voicemail, no contact whatsoever. Update: won't publicize the reasons but did added I was denied. It's okay I end up going to East Jeep on Boston rd and got approved.

I understand that he told you that the bank denied your application for reasons that I will not publicly disclose, but these reasons were clearly explained to you at the time. Mozart also told you that if we were able to get you an approval after you left, he would call you, but there was no reason to call if nothing changed. I was so excited to begin this process but I unfortunately left so disappointed because the sales rep and Mario were telling me different prices, lying about warranty, not informing me about an approval just to get me to sign with the highest APR they wanted. They tried turning a 32,000 car to 50,000. Overall not a place I would recommend. Make the trip to the New Rochelle location, better customer service there.

Your salesman initially provided you with an estimated monthly payment because, as he explained, he did not have your detailed credit history. The finance manager had your complete credit report and history and worked directly with the bank, which approved you and provided a specific (not estimated) monthly payment. Please avoid coming here. They are scammers. I was robbed. They sold me a 2022 Honda Pilot for way more then what the msrp is supposed to be. On top of that they gave me warranty packages Jason the salesman told me was “free” which I recorded because I know when it comes to dealerships it’s always a catch. And these warranty packages were added onto my vehicle price: then I spoke with Marcie and the owner who said they “refunded” me before the company did. I contacted each warranty company which they helped me fill out cancelation papers and they advised nothing was canceled so I sent it on my own Honda financial advise they was going to refund it and Bronx Honda got ahold of them and made them add it onto my financial account so basically I am paying double of the warrant onto my account. so they refunded nothing. But they got what’s coming for them. I started a lawsuit with small claims court. Please avoid coming here they always have been scammers. Jason kept even talking to his coworkers and I heard him saying how he even overpriced the vehicle on me smh. Scammers. Don’t come here ! I will show court papers as well if you don’t believe me

I purchased my first car (Honda Civic 2017) from here. As one of my close relative ripped off by a used car dealer i was over suspicious if my salesman or anyone from dealer cheating on me. But RAUL LEON at BH was honest with me from the beginning. He helped me to get a good deal. I really happy for his help. I agree that its took little time to process everything, we had to go back next day to complete the purchase but Worth it, absolutely no surprising hidden fees added to the invoice behind my back. I dont know anyone else from BH but seems its a good dealership to business with. Definitely I will recommend my friends to buy car from BH. Thanks Raul

This place is No good they replaced an airbag system because it was a recall, but I came in for for a key reprogram Reprogramming. And they made up some reason to reject helping me. Even though this dealership will not help me I still need Honda to give me a programming key the these people are heartless artless I asked them how would you know you know you replace the airbag correctly when you won't even turn the car on so my sister would have to drive pregnant and the airbag could explode because you'd never checked it, because they would not fix the key reprogram, that I would pay for and they could careless... My service adviser and the manager are heartless I almost want to wish bad on them but God got this dealership bless us and the new baby

Called the Parts Department 5 times.... after I requested what I needed they put me on hold. Over 10 minutes every time and never picked up again. How long does it take to get an answer? You have it or you don't. Simple Last call was over 17 minutes... The Worst. The Worst I am Very Disappointed.

My sales person was Jason he was very patient and friendly. He answered all my questions and what he didn't know he asked. Jason and Damien were great in making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the whole process. I was there twice before and didn't make a purchase. But thanks to Jason and his hospitality i decided to make my purchase.I recommend Jason if you want to make a purchase at this dealership. As first time car buyers I must say My wife and I were very scared getting into this. I had came to Bronx Honda after visiting Kia, Ford and Toyota hoping to see what options I had and who would be able to help me best! I had a Nissan Marano which is the third car I leased from them over the past few years and wanted a change. I must say once working as a retail manager for many years, customer service is what brings customers back and not only with the company but with the sales person who helped the customer. A few days before Christmas & I decided it was time for a new car. There I was at Bronx Honda. I knew what car I wanted but once I entered and began speaking to the sales representative I wasn't so sure. We spoke about what I wanted & needed while walking the floor. She was amazing, not just as a sales representative but as a person. Professional but very kind and understanding. It was a great experience. I signed contact twice to purchase a car from Bronx Honda. Each time the sale agent changed the words and then I have to cancel the deal. Most recently a sale agent(Indar) made a deal to sell a Honda Pilot and took deposit $1500 from me. Then 12 days passed after the deal, the sales person still even did not tell me exactly when he is going to deliver the car. Each time whenever I asked him for the car, he said he will let me know. At last, I went to the dealership and asked him to give me a date to deliver the car. Then he went around for a while and after coming back he said, "I have a car, but I couldn't deliver it with the price in the deal. You have to pay 2K more than the contact price." I told him you couldn't raise the price after contact and it's illegal and unacceptable. Then he said, ok. cancel the deal and I will refund your deposit to your credit card. Two weeks passed still I didn't get back the refund yet. So, please beware about them before making any deal with Bronx Honda dealership.

My experience with Bronx Honda was great. I was treated like family from the moment I walked through the doors. I was referred by a friend to visit Wilson Rivera and I was truly impressed. Wilson did a great job. He was on the phones non-stop working to get the best deal for me for the car and the insurance company. Wilson was very informative and friendly. Usually you hear that sales reps try to get over on you and just get your money, but he was super cool and I feel great about the work he put in to get me the best deal for me. I just left Bronx Honda with a CR-V and I had a great experience. I recommend asking for Kevin or Alex, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Ivan will help you understand how to work all the digital stuff in the car - he even helped be link up my phone to the car. The showroom is clean and inviting, the customer service is very professional, and they have a great system for handling all the paperwork and signatures. And I love my new car!

I went to bronx Honda after doing my own research on looking for the car that I wanted and Richard was there to help me. He is the best!!! He reassured me that everything would be okay and sure enough it was..I went the following day and he showed me everything on my car and how everything worked before I left. 5 minutes after leaving I couldn't remember how to work the wipers and I called him and he told me with no problem and said that if I ever need him again he would be more than willing to help me. Entered the dealership on my way to pick up a car at another dealership and beat my already great price and upgraded me from a 2016 accord sport to an EX for $1000 less. With Honda sensing. Worst customer service ever. Went to buy a car and the guy was very annoyed. I felt like I was not welcomed. I wish I could give them no stars. Stay away from this place. Horrible Service. They deserve to be out of business. Waste of Time!!!

I don't even want to give them one star, they are awful! I tried scheduling an appointment to get my car serviced. I called a number of seven times, only to call the next day, asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to vm again. I wont be doing any business with them as I wouldn't even trust them to service a toy Tonka truck!

I went to Bronx Honda to change my Honda Accord for a Honda CRV .My salesman who is a charm was very busy but he went out of his way to make me happy and get me in a 2021 CV EX.I did not give home a dime and I got my CRV and drove off they same day. I will recommend BRONX HONDA and no other but INDAR as a true and professional salesman.You looking for a HONDA ensure you go and see no other but INDAR.Very happy with hm and the he dealership. Only reason why I didn't leave 5 stars is because I was there for about 7 hours but I was still grateful to leave with a car. Also I didn't leave with my paperwork because it was getting late so I have to return and pick it up. Still not a problem because they really worked wonders. They was very nice and offered us coffee and the customer service was good. I had Stanley and he went above and beyond to make sure I left with a car. He worked with my situation and even with a few bumps in the rode he didn't take no for an answer. He pulled strings and did the best he could for me. Even when I was trying to find insurance he helped me with that as well. IF YOU GO TO BRONX HONDA PLEASE ASK FOR STANLEY!!!!! All the other guys was friendly and talked to us and made light conversation. It was a good atmosphere and I'm happy with my service so far. Will for sure send people to Stanley. My brother is going to see him next month. Thanks Bronx Honda.

Bronx Honda sent a mailer to my son who is a minor. I called to understand how they knew his name. They threatened legal action against me and hung up without taking any details. Weird and aggressive. Probably not worth buying a car from this place.

The service here is the worst. Rude and slow. I searched Bronx Honda on Google and it reflected because they have a large suit for fraud and scamming people. Do not buy here! These folks will rip you off after you get to financing. The price changes the attitude n before changes even further.

In 2019 I financed my 16 accord. 2 years later the car is still running great. When you go to Bronx Honda ask for the salesmen PETER! Peter was knowledgable of the cars their features and was able to put me in the perfect fit vehicle for me. Shortly after my cousin went to Peter as I advised and Peter was able to put him into a Used Honda Oddysey that same day for his family.. The only thing I advise is to make sure when you go over the numbers with the financial adjuster (separate office and employee from the salesmen) you make sure every dollar is accounted for. There was a minor hiccup in my experience and Honda had to end up writing me a check which I had to go pick up about 2 weeks after. Overall im happy with my Honda and will be going back to Peter when I am ready to purchase my SUV

Came to Bronx Honda to lease my very first car. Joe Tam gave me excellent customer service and took care of me from start to finish. He made sure I understood all the cars features and really worked with me to help find the car I desired. We were there well after closing and he was super patient the whole time and guided me through the process of leasing my first car smoothly. I ordered an Accord Sport online as that’s more common these days. I got an email confirming my order and it said the dealer would be in touch. I didn’t hear back so I called and was told they don’t have my details, but strangely they knew what car I was trying to lease. Fast forward a couple of days and a few calls that led to no help and No car. I’ve moved on to another Honda dealer (there are many in the tri-state area). I’ve never had to work so hard to give someone my money before. Not worth it. Try Yonkers or white Plains Honda. They’re excited to help customers. Your response is totally inaccurate. That text was sent after days of trying to communicate with you. The ‘don’t bother’ text was telling you I found a much better Honda dealer in Yonkers. Good luck with your business and stop lying to your customers.

My dad took his Honda CRV for regular maintenance and they cracked his windshield and refused to investigate the situation. They told him that he broke it and was dismissive. He asked the manager to check their cameras and reports and they simply refused to do so. In addition, after contacting Honda customer service directly we were told that the windshield isn't covered by warranty. What is mind-blowing is that this is not a warranty related issue. Their service department cracked his windshield and is refusing to fix it. I truly don't understand how businesses like this still operate. This Honda CRV was purchased at this dealer and we have recommended many to shop here, which we will never do again. Take your money elsewhere. If you are on Tremont Ave., consider buying a Subaru instead at Milea Subaru a few blocks away. We have had great experiences shopping there. Their service department is also great.

Very horrible experience at this dealership. All they care about is money to be honest. Make sure the inspection on the cars being sold here are up to date because I financed a car that had no oil change, warped brakes, and a broken axel. The salesman Peter Cars let me leave with this car, and I found out a couple days later once I started driving on the highway. Best believe I did not pay for a thing to get fixed because these all could have caused deadly accidents. Aside from that, finance manager Mario Michel convinced me to finance my car under my grandmother’s name and get NY tags to get a “low payment” and stated that when I receive the title I can transfer the title and registration into my name (knowing that I have FL license and tags) and come to find out, I cannot transfer a title from one name to another if there is still a lease on it. How are you a finance manager and not know this? I was given a bunch of false information and taken advantaged of after letting them know that this was my first time purchasing a car. Please go into this shop with knowledge of what you’re doing. Bring a mechanic. Bring your lawyer while you’re at it! And the owner Marcie doesn’t help at all. All she does is email back and forth with you. I can’t even get a courtesy call to explain my situation with her after spending $17,000 at her shop. Like I said, once they get their money you mean nothing to them unless it has to do with some legal action like fixing the broken car they sold to me. Horrible experience! Update: You definitely are confused because I actually spoke to the service director multiple times, and never failed to show up to any appointment that was made. You just proved my point that you aren’t paying attention. I never stated that I had a problem with the service department. My problem is with your employee Mario Michel giving me false information multiple times and making it hard for me to reregister my car. He stated that my title would come in two weeks, well it took over a month. He then stated that I could transfer the title into my name from my grandmother’s, and I cannot because there is a lien on it. I wanted to put the car in my name from the start and just register it in FL at the dealership, but instead he gave me all of the false information that I wasn’t aware of at the time and convinced me to just put it in my grandmother’s name and get NY tags. Now I am still having problems with the documentation. Me reaching out has never been about anything else rather than what Mario Michel stated when working with him. Everything else I mentioned was just literally my experience. PS I never threatened you Marcie, I just told you that because no one is willing to fix the problem they caused that I will write my experience on every platform to get my experience out there and let the people know.
Isaiah, we have tried to explain this many times since May, but to be clear, our finance manager was only interested in submitting accurate paperwork for the bank's purposes and for the billing clerk's purposes, he was not involved in any larger plan or purpose you may have had at the time. In my very first communication with you in May, I apologized, and I promised to investigate. Over the course of the next 52 emails we exchanged, I have apologized and tried to address your concerns, some of which, admittedly, did not make sense to me. We managed to expedite your grandmother's title at the end of a statewide shutdown, giving her the full ability to refinance or conduct other transactions since June. When we serviced your car, we simply honored the warranty that came with the car - that is why you were not charged anything, there were no "legal" issues. You told me you were treated very well by our staff during that visit. In July, our service director emailed you when you told me you wanted an earlier date for a follow-up, but you did not respond to him. I personally made you an appointment, which you thanked me for and then failed to show up. You then threatened me last week when you had trouble transferring your grandmother’s title (as I pointed out, you need to re-register in Florida, purchase Florida insurance, and go to a Florida tag agency, they will handle everything). I wish you and your grandmother well. --Marcie

I normally do not write negative reviews but am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this dealership. I purchased a car online at the advertised amount using the Buy Online feature. I submitted all of my personal information, including credit, license and insurance. Then I saw that the dealership re-advertised the same car for a higher price. I tried multiple times to contact the dealership and never heard back. Do not waste your time with this dealership and do not submit your personal information and apply for credit online.

I almost made my purchase at a different dealership but ended up cancelling because I felt as if I was being cheated. My experience with my salesman, Michael Hinton, at Bronx Honda made it abundantly clear that I had made the correct decision. The car-buying experience at Bronx Honda took about half as long and there were absolutely no surprising hidden fees added to the invoice behind my back. Michael answered all of my questions fully and accurately. It felt like a very honest and efficient experience, and when I reviewed the numbers both with Michael and on my own, my feelings about this dealership turned out to be accurate. I'm loving my new Honda Civic Hatchback and plan on returning to Bronx Honda should I need another car. I would definitely recommend that you ask to work with Michael Hinton; a very charming and scrupulous man.

Great experience at Honda ! I went there about 3 1/2 weeks ago to lease my car and experienced professionalism at its best. Peter ( one of the sales associates ) assisted me in my process. I have a 2 year old daughter and he helped me choose the best car for her safety. I leased the 2019 Honda Sport and I am completely happy with the purchase.
