Called to check on an email indicating my auto premium was due today. I had always got email alerts weeks in advance, not the day it was first due. Called and talked to Dana DuBois, who very helpful in resolving the issue. We talked about ways to save and she offered some insight and later emailed me info on the Smart driving program as a way to save.

Dana helped me out and kept a great attitude throughout the process even though I dragged my feet a bit. I'd recommend this service!

Allan helped my business save money and was there to answer any questions I may have had. He really cares about his customers and it shows. Every time I called, if he didn’t answer, he would call me back same day. Excellent service and huge money saver. I highly recommend him to anyone for commercial insurance.
