The woman at the counter are never smiling and make you feel so unwelcome. I do not know if it's because they hate there job or what but it makes me want to drive to the other side of town. Plus we had issues w the ATM not giving us our money we took out and where told if we wanted a refund we would only be able to come in the store and not have an ATM card, which dealing with the workers at this location is awful. We chose to eat the 100$ the ATM never gave out. But the funny thing is a week later they had a brand new ATM to replace the broken one they had. I DO not recommended coming to the location on University

The worst, poor customer service rob me of my escrow money from closing, lied to me for 3 months... DON'T BUY A HOME THROUGH THESE PEOPLE... NO LIE SO SERIOUS.....

I’ve been with a credit union before and it’s never took my card a month to come. I think that defeats the purpose of opening up a account and can’t use your card or get direct deposit until a month later wow!! We have to do better people where is considerations for others.

Very unprofessional I been with this credit union for 3 going on 4 years it’s a waiting process for everything it takes 2 weeks to receive a replacement atm card and in the process your old one will be placed on a lock I recently applied for a personal loan which take a week to get a result I tried to apply for a home loan a year and a half ago I tried reaching out to my representative on several occasions (Michael Peavey) left voicemail never received a call back it’s bn a year and a half now still no call back my wife is with bank plus she never has a problem they even help build your credit and will give you answers to everything that very same day I’ll be leaving hope credit union If you are reading this old or new customers please reconsider joining I’m very sorry for this I have never wrote a bad review but I believe that some things are meant to be said

Unprofessional! My family trusted this credit union. But the outcome was horrible. If you are looking for a professional, reliable, and honest credit union, this is not it!! Go else where. Read some of their other reviews on other sites as well. I can’t believe this place is still in business with their awful employees.

If you are having constant technical difficulties with their Website, Online Banking, Or Mobile Apps, Please, don't hesitate to contact their lovely customer service staff. And I use the word lovely, as loosely as possible here. But, yeah, they enjoy hearing from their valued "customers," or,"members," or whatever we are to them. Numbers, emails, and addresses are easy enough to find. If you need anything past customer service, you're better off contacting the Supervisory Committee, either through writing, by phone, or via email. They love hearing our questions and reviews. :-)

If you have limited credit experience don't even apply for a personal loan you will get DECLINED!!!
