Richie is the best in the game. He helped me with the mortgage for my first home ever and ensured I was prepped, well versed and understanding of each part of the loan process. He's since helped me refinance not once, but TWICE, as the rates in Austin were at an all time low. He and his team are quick to answer questions, eager to help, and always there to coach and educate. They take what can be a stressful and overwhelming process and ensure it's seamless and simple from start to finish.

Everything goes great at first, very responsive then drops off quickly after that. After following up multiple times when we found the home we were ready to make an offer on we ended up having to go to another broker/mortgage company last minute to get our deal closed. Having credit run multiple times is not ideal. I understand the market is very busy right now, but leaving a client hanging with no communication is unacceptable.

I’ve read many a horror story over how some lenders misguide their customers affordability, or professionally shame their stature calling their portfolios insufficient, or just simply make them feel like a bother at times. And like I said at the beginning… within the first conversation with Richie, we felt like our family was secured. My wife and I were ecstatic on closing day, and Richie was the first one to reach out to congratulate us.
