I am providing you feedback on my recent remote closing, managed by Elena Dominguez. We had a successful closing, on schedule, for which I am quite pleased. I had never closed on a house remotely, and Ms. Dominguez very capably managed all aspects of it and communicated in a timely and clear fashion. I am very pleased with my experience with HomePartners and with Ms. Dominguez.

It’s excellent so far! We decided to employ them for buying our condo because we liked the service they provided to our buyers. So, we have experienced them two times! Diane, is super patient with us since we aren’t so techie. They are thorough and professional and try to make things work for you. Highly recommend!

Everyone always says buying a home is the most stressful process. Well I have done TWO closings with Home Partners and everything got taken care of so smoothly! Everyone was so responsive at all times of the day and both times we closed even faster than expected. All I did was provide the documents and the rest was taken care of for me. My review has now changed from one star to five stars. After the company president called me and spent time discussing my closing, I was impressed with her professionalism. In the future, I would be willing to work with this company again, given the president's perspective on the importance of staff education regarding relationships with clients. This title company will receive the most scathing and negative review from me, regarding a closing I now have in process with them, if the owner of this company continues to ignore my request for a live voice conversation with him. His case workers, including managers, have much to learn about working with clients. I will not return my signed, notarized and witnessed closing docs until the company owner does me the courtesy of a call.
