    So… I Called to update my account information because the automated system hasn’t updated the information. Waited to talk to a person, While talking to the rep she stated that she couldn’t update that information for me, I could send a email to technical support or do it on the website. What is the point of there job if they can’t help the customer with anything, this was a waist of my time. If I was late or my payment didn’t go threw they would gladly update my routing and checking number… very disappointed … We need to do better

    We requested a 10 day loan payoff disclosure for refinancing 11 days ago. My wife called 48 hours after being told to expect an email in 24-48 hours. She was told to that the email was sent, and that the rep would request another email. I called today being told the same information by Thomas, he was sincere and apologetic. If the ball is dropped, my attorney will be calling.

    They pull your mortgage twice in one month, overdrawing your account, and then blame you for it. Stating that there's no way they can reverse a payment once its been processed. Their customer support team is terse and unhelpful and given the choice I will never have a loan through them again.

    Nothing she was rude and horrible and completely uncaring about my concerns. She dismissed my concerns as not important enough for her. They told me they would help me then they turned around and said they wouldn't. I don't appreciate a company lying to me.

    They lie to you. They tell you one thing and when you call back it's completely different. They also don't tell you how thier "help" will screw your credit save as if you were just late.

    My apologies. Nothing at this point, as for the people I have dealt with. I need to reach upper management! Someone who has the authority to say, "HomeLoanServ" is going to reinstate your loan to it's original amount before you enrolled in our forbearance plan, minus whatever correct tax amounts, insurance, and HOA fees were paid out!!

    Horrible experience. Home loan serv is horrible I've called 6 times trying to get ahold of a supervisor no one has ever called me back. Will never allow them to carry a loan for my house again. There was only one employee that seemed like she knew what she was doing.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most incompetent company I have EVER dealt with. Ever single person in the company needs to he retrained or something. Not one service rep knows what the heck they are doing.

    Helpful staff answered tax and escrow account. Multiple calls with different questions always a real represtative. Happy with them so far taking over the loan.

    Their online payment system needs to be updated , the entire billing and customer service crew needs to be re trained to be more sensitive to customers needs . This company did again ! I can’t believe I’m stuck with them for 30 years , took my payment twice from the bank , I paid them back now they harassing saying they haven’t receive the payment , to fix the problem they will send you credit via paper mail ,when my entire bank account was empty by them none of my other bills got paid they all overdraft their system is just a nightmare and they blame it on the customer , this company is just a nightmare to deal with .

    My mortgage was given to homeloanserv shortly after we bought our house. I have never had any issues with them. We got a bit behind and they were so helpful getting us caught up, never judgmental or pushy. They just seemed genuinely happy to help us get payments set up. Everyone is going to have issues with every company but all I can say is I've had more issues with my car loan company for a smaller amount of money than with this company (over a large amount of money). Definitely recommended.

    I was having a rough morning, had to go into home loan in afternoon to get my escrow account squared away and update some things. Kelly jo behind the desk was willing and able to help me out. Not only did she help me but she was so very pleasant to talk with. More people in this world need to be like her, Amazing experience. Someone give this woman a raise!!     I called and kept asking questions why I was being charged so many late fees. In total it was about $800 in late fees within 2 months. When they are supposed to charge 35.09 once a month whenever I am late. Not supposed to charge 35.09 10 TIMES within a month. Then adding a bunch of random fees. Then I’m getting sent letters threatening to foreclose my home. These letters have a bunch of misspelling and grammar issues 😂 they were rude on the phone especially this TAMY lady. She said because of my late fees that’s what happens when I’m late. Alright (: I’m going to say that’s what happens when this company rips their customers off.

    I wouldn’t let these people manage a hotdog stand. They’ve made it exceedingly difficult for a hazard claim my ex-husband & I are doing for our severely damaged home. I’m refinancing with my credit union upon completion of this project, it it ever gets done. STAY AWAY FROM HomeLoanServ.

    Overall, in a regular situation, this company is 5 star. The payment system/website needs work, but for the most part ok. During covid I was on the forbearance plan and ended up in a nasty divorce. Every time I called I got different information from each loan councilor about what was going to happen to my house if my ex wouldn't sign the refinance paperwork. This made me not trust this company until finally I was assigned a loan councilor named Julie K. I would check in with her weekly until I sold my house and before that she did everything she possibly could to keep my house from foreclosure and gave me peace of mind. That woman needs a raise and gets a ticket strait to heaven for the way she helped me. hold on to her HomeLoanServe.

    Worst company to get a hold of a real person to talk to in a timely manner. I send my mortgage payment through the mail each month with plenty of time to reach their PO box and literally EVERY month I have to call in for them to apply the payment to my account. I hate working with this company.

    I'm so blessed with them , we have being having a lot of financial problem since the covid -19 appears. Home Loan Serv have help us every time especially with having such a good employees to help and understand and being their to us to help!
