It was really great working with such a professional. Blake and team made the process easy to understand and efficient. He explained the process and documentation needed and the technology with loanDepot made my portion of the process much easier than planned. We had a surprise on the appraisal and Blake explained all my options and adjusted my loan structure so I did not have to change much from the initial plan. The last mortgage I received was no where near as smooth as this one. Not only did we close on time, we surprised him at the end and moved the closing up on him, but since he our loan documents out a week early he and team were able to help with our last minute requested change. He communicated with the builder, realtor and us in every step of the process. The cherry on top was the great rate he gave us ( better than the quotes we received from other lenders ).
