Working with Caleb was an awesome experience! Coming into our first experience of buying a house, my fiancé and I had very little knowledge of the process, and what to expect. Caleb and his team are very knowledgeable, timely, so gracious in answering all of our questions at any time of day. The client interface they use to organize required documents is super user friendly and transparent about where we are in the process towards closing. They have the whole thing down to a science! Every time we had an estimate sheet come out, Caleb would send us a video of him explaining the document line by line so that we would have it to refer back to should we need it. Amazing customer service! Caleb, Moe and Carla are the perfect team to get your mortgage loan approved! They answered all questions I had and took the time to listen to my personal concerns regarding the mortgage process as this was my first time buying a home and I did not have a realtor involved. The entire team was always available via text or e-mail and would respond immediately. I felt very comfortable asking all the questions I had. From the date my contract was signed, they were able to get me cleared for closing in 3 weeks flat! True miracle workers and will definitely be referring my friends to Home 1st Lending in the future. Jocelyn was an extremely responsive lender. I called or texted her at all sorts of hours and she always answered. She was also able to answer any questions I needed and even made videos explaining breakdown of finances to me which is super helpful, love having the reference material to go back to so I can learn about my monthly breakdown and how it all adds up.
