I ask a lot of questions (a lot), and the team at Cross Country were quick to respond in email, and over the phone. Without prompting, they worked hard to get us the best interest rate possible. They have good market knowledge, and waited until close to closing to lock-in the best possible rate. They also looked for opportunities to reduce the cash needed to close, which helped us pay for a moving service, & some incidental costs of moving.
