Home State Bank NA Northwest Hwy, Crystal Lake

I was refered to home state bank from a friend for a home loan or home equity loan. I first requested a return call from Brad. I was sent to Nancy who took my information down for Brad for a loan option. It has been ten days and I have yet to hear back from anyone. When I called to question why Nancy played stupid “ I think I remember you “ . What ? I don’t leave many reviews. I don’t lie. With a large credit score I shall now call a broker for service. Thanks for wasting my time. Brad and Nancy.

I was referred to Bradley Harding at Homestate bank for a Home loan. I had a difficult time finding a home in my price range and I looked at several homes before finding mine. Mr Harding was extremely helpful through out the process by immediately crunching numbers and giving me financial advice. He also provided his personal cell number and replied to my messages and emails during late evening hours and weekend's. What impressed me the most was the great interest rate Homestate bank was able to get me. Mr Harding explained how he'd watch the market and lock in the best rate for my loan instead of giving me what the interest rates were at the time of my application. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service and professionalism I received and I would recommend Homestate bank to anyone in the market for a home loan.

They take forever to process your mortgage payments. Stay away from this dump!
