Absolute horrible customer service. The older lady was one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in a long time. We were polite, had all the proper documents and payment. She ruined a fun time for our family of our nephew getting his first vehicle. From the minute we approached her window, the disgruntled attitude was there. I manage others that provide customer service, this behavior would not be tolerated. Highly highly do not recommend to go to this location. I would drive an extra hour to get any other service.

The worst service ever!!! This location is great! The employees on the other hand are literally the worst people ever to hire for a customer service position! It’s almost as if they don’t want customers to come back! Rude, poor service, and even worse attitude. If you don’t like the job then quit so someone else can work there and do the job correctly!

Terrible customer service experience. The employees treated my 19 year old very rude and didn't listen to what he wanted to accomplish, brushed him off and told him to go to the DMV. I called and got the exact same type of service, talked over me and wouldn't listen. So I called another local Currency business and the girl listened to the entire story and told me what my son needed, just his title and driver's license and he'll be going there to get his plates for his vehicle. It's sad when employees in customer service talk more than they listen.

They are extremely rude here. They don’t acknowledge when you come In or ever come to the window. There is no hello, how are you ? No smiles.. just blank stares theres a old lady and a young guy with tattoos that work there and both of them seem related and have the most horrible attitudes. Talking to other people while in line have explained having the same experience! This is a business and nobody should be able to act like that and keep there job! The have absolutely no personality and shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry.

Hadn't been here in a few years and this place has really gone down the tubes. There used to be at least one guy here who was polite and helpful but now customer service is trash and it seems like the hours are more limited. Also it looks like the cameras are recording the customers but there wasn't any signage about that and I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Better off to just go to the dmv if you can.

Every time I’ve tried to cash a check at this location they turn me away. First it was because it was a hand written payroll check. This time it’s printed and on an actual payroll style check and their machines won’t take it and for some reason they aren’t ALLOWED to enter the information manually. Every time I come to this location it’s one shoot show or another making the trip completely wasteful.

Older lady working there was rude. I won’t be back.

This currency exchange closes at 6pm. I arrived at 5:57pm. The door was locked as he finished a customers transaction. I waited for the customer to exit in order to let him know that I was at the door 3 1/2 minutes before closing time and he saw me waiting. He was rude and said “I’m not gonna help you - the time on your watch and phone is obviously different than ours. I then asked him why does his clock say 6:01 after the customer left and I’d already been standing there a few minutes prior and all I needed to do was cash a money order that was given to me and the money order was from that particular place.. He replied with a nasty attitude “I’m not gonna help you - Come back tomorrow” This place has Horrible Service and they lock the doors several minutes before closing time. I will never go there again. I wish there was a much worse grade I could give. They don’t deserve a single star.

The people in this store are incredibly rude! I cannot believe they continue to work there considering how rude they are to there customers. I have to say i have never experienced anything like this! The whole place is rude! No customer service! They dont smile they dont greet you . They never say thank you!! Time for a whole new staff!!
