I've been a customer for years now. I have to say that this is, by far, the best resale shop around. From the owner and employees, to the selection of items, and location. Perfect size, not too big, not too small. Customer service is beyond good, I always leave with a smile. Great deals, great people, always a pleasure to shop there. I highly recommend Big Al's.

Great experience. Eddy and her staff were very kind and patient. I wanted to sell some old estate jewelry and scrap gold and I felt they offered fair prices. They treated everyone who came in with respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend this place.

I like the service Eddy pays attention to me when I go there to shop and look at things to buy. He takes the time to show me the things they have to sell. My husband goes and buys things he need for his job. This location is very clean and the workers have great customer service.

We were looking for PS4s at stores for a solid hour and a half, called this one pawn shop & immediately was told they had it. We arrived and they checked it worked for us, cut down the price, even waited for us to go to an ATM so the price would be cheaper, keeping the store open for us. When we got back they had the sales order written already, the PS4 packed, & pleasant attitudes all around. Would certainly recommend coming here and would myself shop here again!!!

Very well taken care of store this guys are very nice.and prices are workable if you looking for cool items this is the place is worth cheking out. Before going to other places in the area. prety much a grand slam of a pawnshop. very family friendly

As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted immediately by the owner of the shop very nice gentleman and walked me thru the whole process in identifying the value of my jewelry. He was very knowledgeable and very fair with the pricing. Needless to say, I left a very happy customer and will definitely be coming back soon!

Great products and very helpful staff and owner! Place is very clean and items are organized really well. I swear the place is always different when I come in! Always new stuff! They offer discounts on multiple purchases as well as cash and trade towards other products! They have a ton of instruments that range from beginner to Hendrix, tons of new and older video games, Blu-ray’s and DVDs. Occasionally, even the haul of Vinyl Records gets dropped off! Frequency is always the name of the game with any gem finding. This is a shop worth stopping by regularly! AND... No I don’t work for them. Lol. Just giving a thorough and honest review. Good stuff... Good people... I tell ya

EDDY IS AWESOME!!!! HE HAS GIVEN ME GREAT DEALS EVERY TIME IVE COME INTO HIS STORE!!! WHENEVER I NEED A GUITAR OR PARTS HES ALWAYS WILLING TO MAKE A FAR DEAL!!! He doesn’t rip people off like other shops!!!! And his staff when he is not there knows that. His staff will hook you up with great deals as well!!! If you love music and playing any instrument they will hook you up! They are about making people happy with there purchase and NOT about just making a buck off of you. This place is the best! I brought in a PS4 for some cash in between paychecks and they offered me a great price! And everyone was super friendly! I will definitely be coming here in the future for any other pawns, sells or purchases! Also their guitar selection is impressive!

They took plenty of time to answer any questions I have and we're proactively looking out for my best interest. I would say that if you are looking for some very kind and honest folks that'll treat you right, this is your best bet.

Been going there for 7 years and the owner makes me feel part of that family and everytime i go he greets me and we talk about guitars I buy and sell from him he is Super freindly and helpful dude.Would definitely recommend them because they will give you a good experience and greet you nicely and give you info on there pruducts.

I love this place!! They always have something new to offer me at low prices. From Computers cameras to jewelry. I'm always welcomed with a smile and given good service from all employees. One of the nicest pawn shops here in Crystal Lake , has a knack for knowing exactly what I want, and showing me things that are both fashionable and useful. they are great! 5 five stars to this place.

I love this place!! They are always here to help! I brought my guitar amp in and he was able to fix the cord for me!! Definitely need to come check this place out. Very friendly guys! Just getting to the car and realizing he even Cleaned it for me!! He also put one of his own power cords on it for me as well! What a great shop! Definitely check them out!
