Terrible experience. We work with a lot of great title companies in town for real estate closings and this isn't one. Upon arrival, ourselves (listing agents) and sellers weren't greeted and when we found where our closing was, were asked to wait outside as the buyers were going first. (This would've been nice to know upfront). 20 mins later we were allowed to come in but the closing agent, Cindi Pearce, asked who we were and said they weren't usually allowing agents in for closings. (Again, would be good to know upfront). Once we were settled in, the closing was relatively quick and went okay. Definitely don't want to go back here!!! Much better places to close real estate!!!

The attorney Larry was great for my buyers on their closing. His employee Cindi is a very rude and nasty lady. I won't be using this company again due to her unprofessionalism. I gave two stars sadly due to her and I feel bad for Larry. He's losing business due to her.

Excellent Title Company, been working with them for over 20 years. Always there to help you when you need anything. They have gone out of their way for me on the weekends when I needed something. Larry, Cindy and Kaylee are wonderful. Thanks for always taking care of me.

I am a notary, I accepted a mobile closing assignment from this company. Last minute, Closing after 5:00. Mega docs. Had to be sent back that night by UPS. Missed a signature. Wonder why! Cindi Pearce called the next day screaming at me. I offered to go back, an hour and 15 minutes one way, and get the document signed. She refused, said she would find another notary. Stiffed me on my entire fee!

Unprofessional, unethical, and callous. Word of the wise for Cindi: Treat people the way you want to be treated, that includes the staff, without them you would have no company.

This has been the WORST home closing experience I have ever had! My first interaction with this company was a cold-call requesting my bank information and SSN. When I explained that I did not feel comfortable providing this information, I was made to feel that my taking time to ensure the protection of my finances was inconvenient. And then, instead of working through the buyer AND seller realtor, I received a frantic call from this company, demanding information without taking the time to listen to my questions or concerns. The office manager ARGUED with me when I simply asked a question about details in paperwork. I was sent BLANK paperwork to sign. Overall, I would not recommend.

Would like to just post my experience now that it is finally over. I went into my home closing expecting a relatively smooth process. After waiting for my home insurance payment to post for almost 45 days I started to get worried. I contacted both Home Closings and my insurance. Fast forward 3 months of my insurance scouring their records and Home Closings accusing the insurance and finally my mortgage company got involved. It turned out that the money had not actually made it to the insurance. Several weeks later my account was finally fixed with my insurance. After some more errors and having to spend time driving to their office for another mistake I believe my saga is finally over. It took 5 months to get their mistakes fixed, and in the end they still told me it was not their fault after all of the other parties had confirmed they were to blame for the errors. Due to my experience, I would strongly recommend seeking a different outlet for any home closing related needs.

I have been doing mortgage loans for the better part of 19 years and have yet to work with a title/ closing company that is more efficient, proactive and courteous to my clients. They never cease to amaze me with their desire to help in anyway possible and my customers truly are thankful that they got to work with Homeclosings.

My tax assessment on my new home increased significantly from the year before and they used the tax bill from the previous year to prorate the taxes at closing. My seller underpaid by around $1000 on his end and they left my escrow well short due to this. They deflected any responsibility and basically stopped responding to me.

Couldn't ask for a better title co. The attorney Mr Phillips is the best. Thorough and patient. I highly recommend them.
