Ms. Jessica Contreras is amazing. Today, while on a call with her for help filling out this year's IBR plan reconfirmation, she was very patient and gave thorough but appropriately long explanations. She provided me with information regarding other programs when the questions came to mind, and at no point did she seem upset or annoyed by it. She was very kind, very helpful, and very pleasant. Today, I called expecting to have a a huge headache after speaking with any customer service rep. To my surprise, there was a very sweet representative name Chandy. She was patient, knowledgeable, and even provided me with extra resources necessary for my needs. I truly dislike dealing with Lon servicers however she made my day and deserves a Kudos!

Back in June I called for help because of my financial hardships. Chandie was patient and compassionate and did not make me feel like an inconvenience. She truly listened to me and helped me find the optimal solution. Today, I called in once more because of further extenuating circumstances. I am not sure how I was fortunate enough to get assistance from Chandie again, but I did. I am beyond grateful that she did not make me feel judged or rushed. Her genuine care shined through and I appreciate that she took the time to explain my options given my current situation. There are times we call places and feel like a cog in the wheel...and then there are days like today and back in June when we feel seen and understood and truly supported. Thank you, Chandie, for being real and making the process user friendly and working so quickly to help me address my concerns.

This is the third servicer I have had for my student loans. They have the best service of the three. They keep me informed using frequent electronic communications. They have presented me with excellent repayment options and guided me through the application process. They send reminders about payments and needed filings do I don't get behind. Their service is very prompt when new action is needed. Basically, they have been very responsive to my needs as a borrower.

Brenda answered all of my questions, some even before I asked them. She was helpful on the phone when I called today. Appreciate having knowledgable customer service representatives readily available when I need them!

Brenda has Saved The Day. She is a wonderful representative or call agent. Brenda was very helpful and understanding. With the epidemic going on and scammers calling me daily pretending to help me with my student loans, I became stressed, confused, and struggled financially. Im a good, honest person; and right now there is just too much going on. Its nice to get a phone call from real people who want to help get me back on track like Brenda. Customer Assistance service call center was very helpful today in showing me options, and the benefits, to paying off the subsidized portion of my loan first and what to do should my annual income fall below a certain level or work slows down. I do not recall the name of the woman I spoke with but she was friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile.

Their customer service dept is so efficient and SO kind in their communications and assistance.
