EECU Credit Union N Little School Rd, Arlington

I was ready for a new Credit Union family after being with mine for over 18 years. My needs were specific and based on reviews I decided to give EECU a shot and I was not disappointed. Their customer service is first class. I was able to join the EEUC on Little Road, Arlington, successfully refinanced my car loan and influenced my granddaughter to do the same, all within 48 hours. I am not easily impressed but they had my attention within minutes of meeting the center's financial Manager. I look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with EECU.

The ATM is constantly out of order at this location. God forbid you need to go inside because their "efficient" way of getting you through the line always takes an extended period of time. I switched over from Chase years ago because I thought you received high quality service from a credit union vs a big bank but since I moved to this location I've been greatly unimpressed and ready to switch back.

Kenna was very helpful and knowledgeable when I opened my account and when I came back in to make changes. Princess and Stephanie are always kind and professional.

I'm a new customer, was able to sign up with ease online. They offer Free Checking which I needed. Lobby was busy on the day I went. Good location in and out. Deposits were quick and door service was very good. Online banking platform very contemporary. So far so good with no problems yet. They only offer three ACH fund transfers a month without charging $5 fee. So keep that in mind.

Until last week, I had never been in an EECU Credit Union location. The first person I saw when I walked in asked if she could help me. When I expressed interest in opening an account and applying for a car loan, she said, "I can help you with that," and immediately directed me to a seat in front of her desk. From that moment forward, Ashlea Torres was nothing less than amazing! She not only asks good questions and listens well, she takes immediate action. I was so impressed with the back and forth messaging she did with an underwriter until I was preapproved for a loan. All of this in less than an hour! After I found the car I wanted and the purchase order was sent to her email, she again took immediate action and sent the draft instructions to the car dealer. Somehow the dealer missed her first email and when I emailed to request it be sent again, she again immediately acted and sent it again. I drove my "new" car home that night. And how about this?? She called me a day later to ask if everything had worked out ok. It has been a long time since I've received this kind of excellent customer service. Thank you again, Ashlea!!

Not a business friendly bank...If you like 7 business day hold times on all deposits over 5k, then this is the bank for you! I'm a business owner that deals in large transaction sizes, so this practice kills my cash flow. My account has never had a bounced check or an overdraw. I was told by the manager that they have the right to hold deposits anywhere from 2 business days to 7 business days, and the bank chooses to take the full amount of time to release funds. Keep in mind this is not a new account, the first month they hold deposits for 10 business days. I assumed my local credit union would be the best place for my small business, but that is not the case. Ive pleaded my case many times with no avail. After calling other banks, I now know this is not common. Next step, closing my account and moving my money.

Conducting my business with EECU was professional. The cashiers are always polite, professional. The Finance Officer were very professional, explaining every things and answering any questions we had.

They Hispanic teller was rather rude and slow. I was the only person there. This is not the first time it was not a pleasant experience to bank here.
