This was my first opportunity to work with DFW Hard Money. It took less than 24 hrs for a rep to get back to me and help facilitate our transaction. Missy did a phenomenal job getting our loan pushed through and to title on time. The rates were fair and no haggle. I would definitely work with and recommend them to my clients on future deals.

My business partner I have interviewed all the hard money lenders in KC! Most of them are no different than a pay day loan with a ridiculous interest rate. Plus 12-15% at closing based on ARV while paying a monthly interest of 10-15% depending on credit. We just pay the monthly interest payment and paid closing cost when we purchased. We have a 10% interest rate on a 6 month note. Closing cost which was mostly broker fees between the seller and DFW with Missy Courtney. I didn't have any problems with the fees as they were reasonable and nothing like other hard money groups. When we've submitted draws they have been paid the next day via direct deposit with absolutely no argument using pictures to prove the work has been done. Very easy company to work with and all of our deals will go through them from now on. Plus we didn't have to do a 3rd party appraisal with someone that has no idea of the market at which they are appraising. I definitely recommend them and Missy will answer any questions you have throughout the process!

Consider ALL the costs! Your time. The hassle factor. Educating non-real estate conventional lenders. A lower purchase price when you are able to commit to short closings with confidence. DFW Hard Money has a place at the front of my tool belt, and has enabled me to do projects I would not have considered with the hassle of conventional financing.
