Unfortunately we have had a couple of agents in our office work with this company and they have not been good to work with. They were able to get closing done, but they did not work well with the clients nor the agents. This was a couple of years ago and I hope they have improved their services since then because they do offer a valuable and needed service.

We worked with Hickman Land Title Co while purchasing our last home as well as our home before that. This last time they were great to work with as they were on top of everything! The signing of everything went really quick. We also had our 2 year old with us and they pulled out all sorts of fun toys, coloring books and other activities to keep him preoccupied while we were signing.
