DAVID AVERY is the best to work with!!! At first I didn't really believe David when he told me that he could help me refinance as we are in a unique situation - I am a student working part-time with two properties. A bank we had done business with before kindly turned us away, but David and his team were able to help us refinance. We were able to pay off our new car, a HELOC, and give us cash to someday invest for our next property. He was able to do all of this without a noticable change to our monthly mortgage payment. Tracy at Heritage was very easy to work with on our home loan.
