My experience with Laura was terrible. She gave me a great quote to earn my business that she couldn't actually lock in and give me. I called everyday to discuss rates and she was extremely difficult to reach and even when we agreed on a time to talk she would not be available. She made multiple promises that she went back on, and even sent a rude email about me to her entire staff, my realtor, and me. Highly suggest going else where!

Throughout the process Laura and her team were extremely responsive, especially when COVID had the mortgage market being extremely volatile. At the last minute our planned mortgage took a bad turn that would have cost us a lot of money in the long run. Laura and her team worked like superhumans to put us into a much better mortgage just days before closing. It was like magic and we are ever grateful. They are always looking out for their customers.
