Their customer service reps need training on being in customer service. Ryan has the worst additude. To the point i intentionally refuse to discuss anything with him! I have 2 payments left on my loan & can't wait to be done with heritage! I do want to sing the praises of the field rep Tracy! He is amazing! Thank u Tracy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So, Andrea must be new, I've not even had my car 2 years and have been through countless numbers of representatives. Unfortunately I just hung up with Andrea, who calls everyone on my list instead of reading the texts I text her back on the 29th, she txt at 9:00 I responded at 9:01 but go ahead and keep harassing people that always makes money appear. What is wrong with this company, literally a bipolar corporation. When I first got my car they called my entire reference list telling people I owed over 600 dollars, they never deferred a payment for the gps so y'all know that's a scam well it's November 2017 still dealing with heritage and Andrea consistently harassing more than a buy here pay here... so not recommending grote automotive or Heritage because of heritage... let me copy and paste how they harass...i swear stay away from Grote automotive and Heritage

They have very bad customer service very rude Emily an Andrea I strongly think they are racist to I’m in an agreement so to cover me dealing with these ppl I will be contacting our family lawyer after today I see they are goin to be a problem and I will be prepared for solutions no one doin business with some one over your credit should be that un proffessional wouldn’t recommend no one to do business with them

They deleted my review so here we are, Terrible company I attempted to finance a car with them I had it for almost 3 months put some miles on it paid my payments and one day called to make a payment and they stated the deal was sent back to the dealership WHAT??????

I was just in contact with a representative Jeff, and to hear his tone caused me to immediately start praying. I actually advised him of his horrible tone , and rudeness. Unbelievable, that this company has such horrible customer service. I think it's time the attorney general looks into this company. No type of integrity. I'm not sure if this is how they are trained to talk to customers, but very disturbing .I told Jeff that I will be praying for him, because something is terribly wrong with anyone that talks like that to people. I will say they will work with you on the issue at hand , BUT the arrogance and rudeness is so not called for. Praying for Jeff

Wonderfully restored historic building. Hallways lined with historic photos and captions telling some stories of the city and her remarkable structures like the old ywca. Thank you heritage for preserving it.

got an auto loan through them. Paid my contractual terms. They then proceded to report falsely on my bureau that is was settled instead of paid in full....
