I really love this credit union. I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa Southern, Loan Officer who completely “wowed” me. Her expertise, friendliness and care for her customer and the company came across on our first contact. I felt completely safe and sure that I was given honest and most beneficial information for me and not her company. She went above and beyond her normal expectations to deliver excellent service while fulfilling her job expectations. Whenever I call INOVA I always want to speak with her. She’s great!

I would recommend this bank to anyone. I started out with a refinance car loan offer. Which they lowered my rate by 4%. From where it was when I left the dealership. Now I applied for a credit card. They approved me for an awesome rate and great credit limit. I appreciate the customer service I get and the service

Mandolin Martin is amongst the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, minimizing the end to end time to process. A fantastic organization! Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. Mandolin is really informed and goes the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend Inova and Mandolin 100%!

I have always had very good experiences with INOVA FCU, but just recently one of their employees, Ryan Austin was exceptional. I needed help with my account and Ryan spent hours with me over the phone helping me to straighten things out and answering all my questions. Ryan is knowledgeable, courteous, patient, kind, and a joy to deal with in a bad situation. I hope that INOVA knows how lucky they are to have such a person representing them and that when I may need to contact them in the future, Ryan is the one who answers the phone. I went to Inova a lady came out of her office and greeted me ask me what my business was she told me to have a seat and someone would be right with me maybe 10 minutes of waiting and someone was there to help me with my needs went into a room with another lady and she explained all the process of getting a car loan financed she spent at least an hour with me paperwork and questions and then she went back to her office to prepare the approval of my loan. She gave me her phone number told me to text her anytime with questions. Very knowledgeable in what she was doing very kind answering all our questions for this when we find a vehicle to let her know and she would get the process rolling. We refinanced an auto loan that had a really high interest rate. Saved about $4000 over the course of the loan. Brandy Treat, the loan officer we worked with was fantastic. Easy to work with and answered all out questions. The entire process, from my initial contact, through web, on a Thursday until check was received by old creditor was exactly 1 week.

Brandy was very helpful and patient with us. She answered our questions promptly and was understanding when we couldn't get back to her right away.
