CheckSmart S Nappanee St, Elkhart

I have a loan out and because the employees didn’t communicate with one another I have extra fees to pay to check smart and also my bank I have talked to them on several occasions and still one communication with one another, I just talked to someone Monday the 7th about the loan and I received another call on Wednesday the 9th, and was told that nothing was entered in the computer about the conversation so my problem is that communication is terrible! If they were putting conversations in computer once off the phone then I wouldn’t have 58 bucks in extra fees to pay. Someone needs to talk to those employees about this because it’s ridiculous! Really frustrated right now!

I would say no stars but it made me at least give one. When someone walks up to your door n it ia not 7pm yet and has of last night your web site said u close at 8pm you do not tell your customers they cant come in. I know i will be taking my business some where else. Not my fault u Dont want to do your job. Lock your doora before it was even 7pm. Sure is not right.

Worst place to go for anything. The teller that helped me out was a total snob. She threw my id at me non the less. And as I walked out she stuck her tung out at me. For no reason. Calling corporate! !!

Easy place to get a loan from as long as you can provide a pay stub and I believe social security number and i d it's simple in the interest rate is not that bad at all helps out a lot when you fall behind in stuff

They're really nice to talk to. Usually keep you posted on your number of times you have left.

I went in during an emergency and needed a quick loan. The women inside were super nice and helpful. Colleen explained everything to me and made the process quick and easy to borrow. I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed another loan!! Thank you so much for making this hard time a little better.

I just wanted to say that I appreciate the manager and staff at Nappanee st store for all they do for me and employees I’m holding back a Star because of a problem I had but the manager did call me and worked out the issue with me and that was very respectful and that’s why I removed my post that was out of the heat of the mount thanks again Shelby and I recommend this location 👍🏻✌🏻🤜🏻

The employees are generally very nice. My only complaint. No one will answer the phone.

If you need a cash quick, your check cashed, western Union service, tax prep or a pre-paid Visa this is the place to go in Elkhart.

Horrible Service. The people will do it what takes NOT to serve you it seems like. Rude people
