I was visiting Low Firm on the second floor. Attorney Robert M. Kaplan has been practicing law for more than 20 years. He is dedicated to assisting clients with family law, real estate law, bankruptcy law, estate planning, and probate matters.

I have been banking here since they opened in 1974 and can say that I have never had a bad experience. Not one. My kids and grandkids bank here too. I think that the bank is fortunate that they did not hire that bad attitude girl who wanted to work there. This is definitely a warm and friendly bank that I have recommended to many friends over the past 46 years.

First of all the bank staff is extremely unpleasant, the banking products are NOT up to date. Fees for everything! DO NOT bank here, you will get scammed. Unlike other small banks, I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. I was lied to, I demanded to speak to the manger and the manger simply told me she didn't have time for me and asked me to leave. Unfortunately such a small bank nowhere else to complain to but here. As a hardworking individual I advise you don't bring your money to this shady "bank". These people are doing some sketchy things and will get rid of people that catch on do such illicit acts.

I have been banking here since I was 16. I am now 42. My husband and I have all our accounts here, Even our children’s accounts. This is an Excellent bank. They’re honest and they care about their customers. I will never leave.

I have done business with Citibank, Chase and Bank of America. I have found these employees to be untrained and lacking in knowledge. They would almost always need to refer to their corporate offices to answer a banking question and need to get back to me. At Heritage Bank your questions are answered immediately by their professional friendly banking employees(not robot clerks). I strongly recommend Heritage Bank of Schaumburg for courteous personal service.
