PLS Loan Store N Barrington Rd, Hanover Park

I had an amazing experience at this PLS with Maria. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you much for all of your help and dedication in assisting me with my loan! She was very good at prioritizing all of the clients with being in the store by herself with no other staff.

Maria is a great representative of this company and this location. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I have been going to this location for years when I need some extra cash. The way it is run is very professional and anytime I go in, they know and recognize me and it makes you feel more at ease. This is just an overall great place to go when you need some extra cash to get through some difficult times.

PLS is the greatest! My life saver! Maria, Janet, and alondra are always so sweet to me. The place is full of positive energy and Maria’s garden in the corner really makes the ambiance beautiful! She even gives me a new plant every time I come in to add to my own garden (I always kill them so I have to come back often to replace them)

Fantastic service. I came in to get my loan ten minutes before close and they accommodated me by staying an hour later than they had to so as to make sure I was able to get my loan processed. I appreciate the service and the help they gave me!! Elizabeth and Maria were both great and we’re the people who helped me!

The lady was very nice and friendly she even worked with me to get me in for an appointment when I had a family emergency and missed mine great place approved me in less then 45 min and super friendly staff

Had a wonderful experience at PLS in Hanover Park. All the ladies there are super nice and friendly especially the Manager Maria, she helped out in a time of need with a friendly face and small. I love the personal touch of her plants that she grows and gives out to special customers Jeanette, was also very helpful and as a newer employee was being trained by the best “Maria” Thank you 🤗

I love this place all the staff are friendly and welcoming. They go over and behind helping their customers out. All because of the treatment I would never go anywhere else. They are family now. They have these beautiful plants in the store and one of the associates gave me one when I asked. How great is that!! I just love this place

I'm not writing this review as a customer but as an ex-employee. I worked for this location and PLS for +2 years. The job itself is okay, not hard at all. But what makes this job awesome is the staff at this location. As a young employee and having Maria as a manager taught me a lot. She was a great manager and accessible. If you are looking for a job I will totally recommend you PLS and this location specially. The HP DREAM team of PLS.

This location provided me "World Class Customer ". The manager Maria is very kind and so is the rest of the staff. PLS Loan was there in my hardship. They muffins, cookies and candy for the customers. Plus they a nice table with coffee and tea.

The ladies are very nice, beautiful, respectful. They treat everyone with respect they are nice, they are fast and very good in their job. I appreciate doing business with them. They are always happy and friendly and know how to treat their customer! And we get good treats.
