Herb was truly a blessing. I initially just called to asked questions, but with his help was able to apply within 20 minutes. He was able to get my husband and I approved which we weren't sure we would be able to do, and at the end when the seller, their realtor were being terrible to us, Herb stepped in and took care of everything for us. Herb & I had a very unique situation. What started out as a VA loan on one house got interrupted by Harvey.
