Dealt with Brittany. She was great. Very professional and very helpful with knowing answers to my questions. I would definitely use her if needed again. Made things very comfortable. I am a longstanding customer and there is a reason for that. Great staff!!! Angie the manager is also very awesome!!!!!!!!!!

I have called a few places and most seem like they didn't want to be bothered. except for this place. The lady I spoke too was very kind, patient with all my questions. She explained the way the service worked in easy to understand terms. I let her know I will be calling back to complete app in a couple days

Very positive experience. The program in itself is also great, NO early payoff penalty and the rates aren't killer bad in addition to having many options. Spoke with a gentleman named John as I was inquiring about a personal loan to get some bills paid off. He was very proficient polite and professional in explaining all processes of how the loan work. In speaking with him, he also explained they do consolidations. I am currently looking through all my debt to see if they are able to help. I will be doing an online application this week. So me and my husband have been going to Heights for a loan and they are always good. All the people who work their are professional and answers all our questions. I would recommend Heights to anyone who needs a loan. Also they will direct deposit the money into your bank account and it 5pm it will be there.

Angie the manager is awesome. When my husband got ill all of a sudden she did everything in her power to help us. She is such a great and caring person. If you need a loan just ask for her
