Hawthorn Bank E 171st St, Belton

I really enjoy banking with Hawthorn Bank! I love their great products. I recently switched my checking account to their great Platinum Checking because of the amazing rate they gave me with it. Its better than I can find anywhere else. They were able to send the papers to sign directly to my phone so my husband and I didn’t need to come in at the same time. It helps us out a ton.I practically go to the bank every day and they always treat me wonderful. The tellers are always so nice and the ladies at the desks are always so helpful. If you are looking for a bank I would highly recommend Hawthorn Bank. Their customer service really shows they care about me. I recently discovered they have a virtual teller that is open later than the bank so I can use it after work. It is so convenient.

I have never left a review before but my experience today was so poor I feel it’s necessary. I have only ever had an account with Hawthorn. Previously, I have only had good experiences. The lady today was so rude, I was completely caught off guard. I have read some of the comments below and it seems others have had the same interactions. There is a comment about being treated like they’re not good enough to bank there and that is exactly the type of energy she carries. This is the first time I’ve understood why people say, “I’ll take my business elsewhere.” Call me a Karen.

I have never had any negative experiences with this location or any of the Hawthorn locations I’ve dealt with. The girls are super friendly and helpful no matter what my needs are! Great job and keep up the good work!!

Super great customer service! I can go months without being in there and the tellers will remember my name! 😱 I have recently switched an auto loan from a big time loaning company to Hawthorn and not only did I get an awesome rate but I love being able to see my bank accounts and loan in the same app. I am switching my next car and hopefully boat loan to them as well The branch manager looks really young. She is young just not as young as she looks. She is very professional and great with people.

Hawthorn Bank has been our bank for both personal and business banking for many years. We have seen many changes in the industry and through all of them, the staff at the Belton branch has gone above and beyond to provide us with excellent service! I feel we are not just an account number and another deposit, we are valued!
