The bank does not cash checks written on the accounts opened at this Bank I'm going to request everyday until it happens that my employer move there 12 million business to a legitimate Bank

Was paid by someone who has an account at this bank. Bank of America refused to cash the check because I don't have an account here. Was told that if I had an account here that they would absolutely cash it. What a joke!! I did expect to pay a little extra. I did not expect to be refused... Folks when the bank won't cash checks written out of their bank there's a big problem with the bank NOT the individuals trying to use checks as they were created. What a shame! How can a bank with such poor rating stay in business???

I went in to cash a check at the Belton Bank of America written by my customer on their account. I do not have an account with Bank of America. I went in with two forms a valid ID to cash the check and they would not cash it because I do not have an account there they were vigorously trying to get me to open an account and said they would have the funds available immediately to me if I open an account. I even had my customer call into the Bank to confirm that the check was good and authentic and approve cashing it and they still would not. The gals were rude as if I was some kind of criminal, which Iam not. It is obvious that Bank of America is trying to strong-arm people into opening an account. What a joke. Bank of America sucks!! I will tell everyone I know how crummy they are.

I live in Grove OK yet I have business up in the Belton area. When clients that owe me money attempt to make a deposit (with one of my deposit slips, that has my name, addr, routing # and acct number) they refuse to deposit the funds, unless the person buys a Money Order from them and THEN they will deposit the funds. It's happened with three different people in the last two months. I finally called Corp. today and explained what happened. The CSR opened a complaint form for me and I assume I will hear something back next week. Have been banking with them for roughly 15 years. If this can't be resolved, maybe it's time to find a new bank? And don't tell me transacting with CASH can be possible FRAUD. They have security pens, swipe it, if it's a real bill, and the person has a filled out deposit slip, ACCEPT IT....incredible.

Harassing people who come in to cash a check drawn off a BOA account (from my employer) because it's closer then my bank and I've been working all night is not a way to get someone to open an account with you. Making me feel like I'm a hassle to you because you have to cash a check and do your job is not a way to get customers.

I'll never bank anywhere else! I'm always greeted by name and treated like I'm their most valuable account holder (which I'm obviously not). Anytime I've had a problem with my account from a suspicious transaction or when a old gym membership wouldn't stop charging me , they always jumped right in and help me without any of the bs and refunded all my money.

Went here to get a temporary debit card because I had lost my wallet. I was told over the phone by the online services that I could go into any branch and pick up a temporary debit card. Well since I didn't have my DL they wouldn't allow me to get the temp debit card. I showed them a pic of the DL on my phone. Not good enough. They said I had to have the actual card. Or I could get a state ID. I informed them that I have no money because my wallet is gone. So how can I pay for an ID card. I was told to take a seat and wait to speak to the manager. I sit down wait 20 minutes, the manager's lackey comes back out and tells me I'm sorry the manager (Doug might be his name. I never met him so who knows) is on a conference call and can't speak with me. I guess conference calls are more important than customers. The manager's lackey (never got her name) tells me there is nothing they can do for me. I ask can I do withdrawal. I have my account numbers and routing number. She doesn't even make an effort to help. Kept apologizing. I asked why can't they use the pic on my phone. She says they need to see the actual driver's license to look for.... water marks. I stated that was horseshit. I said you need to have the manager come out and speak to me. She says he's on a conference call and will be tied up for awhile. Then she asks me to leave like I did something wrong. I asked is there anyway to do a withdrawal so I can take the money and get a state ID. She says again no. I say nothing else and leave. The plot thickens I go to a different BOA off of 63rd and Prospect. The manager was in the floor greeting customers not hiding in her office. I explain my situation again. She tells me that they can't give a temp debit card without state ID or a DL. However she says they can do a PIN verification and be able to withdraw some money she directs me to the line. I wait for 10 minutes. The young lady behind the counter helped me. After telling her what was going on she asks one question to another coworker and begins setting up the PIN verification. I type my PIN into the card reader and WOW! They are able to withdraw some of my money. I thank them and leave. After getting my state ID form I decide to go back to this BOA in Belton. The manager's lackey sees me walk in and suddenly ducks out of the bank lobby. A different teller directs me to a personal banker I get my temp debit card. I explain to this person my ordeal. She apologized (lot of apologies and little action from this place) and said she would have Doug call me today. This was 2 hours ago and still no call from this phantom manager Doug. Piss poor customer service.

This place is a joke. I am a non customer and went in to cash a check, teller looks at check and shakes her head, refused to cash check even tho I had 2 ID's, funds were available and signature was verified, asked for management, this clown tells me because of a lot of fraud, they won't cash checks for non account holders. Why in the heck anyone would have an account here is beyond me. 0 stars for the bank and employees
