The most recent was this week to refinance my personal residence with cash out for some improvements. Everyone on her team is great to work with. The team works with various lenders so they will find the lowest possible rate. For example, when I bought the house, the rate was 3.99%, I refinanced 1 year later with a 3.28% rate.
