    I had a quick question and started calling Chase banks at about 10 to 5 and nobody was answering until Jackie at this location answered the call at 5 to 5:00pm and answered my question quickly and professionally! Thank you Jackie for answering the phone so late in the day it is much appreciated!

    Until today, I was generally happy with our standard bank/customer relationship: I give them my money, they charge me to hang onto it for awhile. This morning, I went into the branch for a transaction requiring one of their "bankers." I was told they had appointments coming up, but I could return in the afternoon. So, I made an appointment. I arrived on time, but was told that their banker was at lunch. I waited exactly 12 minutes before I decided to leave. I am a long-time business customer and I expect a more professional experience than an employee not considering my needs important enough to actually be there to attend to me. Wholly unimpressed today.

    I went to this bank to get some assistance in stopping a transaction on Zell. The banker did not assist me at all and just told me to call. Also, they have long wait times. They cause me unnecessary headache and 1 hour I was on the phone trying to figure out my problem with them..

    We hold a business account. When we applied we requested merchant services nobody ever followed up. We called and called no return answers we finally went with a 3rd party. Now our business has grown I believe I may need to upgrade to another account as I am maxing out my online deposits...Call...leave messages never hear back. Also wanted to discuss refining options for our home but this is a joke! Fine if you never have a need or a question...otherwise very frustrating. I will be looking I to other banking options.

    Twice we tried going to this location to open an account for our teenage kids, twice we were rejected with some very lame excuses. Well, we took our business to the local credit union. There we got to experience actual customer service.

    Always a smile while helping for what you need, courteous, friendly, opening doors for those in wheelchairs, walkers, canes,etc. Overall good service and no monthly fee if automatic deposit!

    The supervisor doesn't know the procedure about filling money orders. She needs to be re-informed. And also the bank manager needs to be there to address issues like this. I don't know the supervisors name, but she was a dumb blond.

    I wish I could give no stars, this branch really needs to work on customer service. I came there 3 times to open a business account. At the third attempt I was first told that the lady opening accounts was on lunch and couldn’t see me because she had conference calls, it was around 1pm and the place was gonna close around 4. She new this was my 3rd attempt because the previous rep gave me misinformation. Their excuse was that they had made an attempt to call me but I didn’t answer. After explaining that I never received a call she finally relented, checked her call log only to realize she had dialed the wrong number. Then she tells me what I needed to open the account which was not what the first lady told me so now I have to go back a 4th time. No one was apologetic it was as if I should have known, when there is nothing posted online or in store regarding what’s needed. I’m completely disappointed, I have been coming there for years. It makes me want to close my account and be done.
