I just financed a 5 acre parcel with Harvesters. What a pleasure and what a great team to work with. Over the past 7 years, I've done 3 other real estate loans with other lenders; each way too difficult (I own my own business) and disorganized. With Harvesters, they told me what they needed upfront, I gave it to them, they did the rest. Closed yesterday, on time. Thanks Harvesters.

I always use credit unions. did my car loan through them because i financed through the dealer. While I got 1.9% which was great, for the first two years i had to physically mail in or take a check to the bank. which is insane in the 21st century. they finally have an online payment feature now. It took me 3 phone calls and about 25 minutes on hold total to get this set up. no-one knew what to do and i was told wrong information to fill in the form more than once, which prevented me from moving on in the setup process. I literally cannot wait until this account is paid and closed as I will never use Harvesters for any of my financial needs in the future.

Their answer to not being able to provide internet service is to send you a paper receipt. I actually think the employees have their hands tied because it's like they don't know what to say when you question them. This whole institution seems to be based on car loans and once you take the loan they don't really want you to do anything but pay them. Not much interaction here. Not your typical credit union. People who deal with this group are usually caught up in quick car deals where this loan option is offered. I would recommend that you shop other CUs first before going with Harvesters. I would view Harvesters as a "bad credit" option.

These people were the easiest people to do business with EVER. We bought a car from them and they made car buying a piece of cake.

Horrible experience.... the manager had an attitude when i asked her to count her drawer because i wanted to make sure she didn’t miss count my money and her & her teller was looking at me mean mugging me

I have an auto loan through Harvesters. My only dealings with them are once a month. Last month I paid my car note in cash attached to the coupon that clearly implies that is why I am there and what this money is for. 2 weeks later I get a call asking me to pay my bill!! The teller put my money in a savings account and made me 2 weeks late on my payment. Today I went there to pay this months bill and sat in the drive through for 5 solid minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement from any of the three tellers. They were assisting other people which I totally get. I work in customer service as well. I was patient. When finally I was assisted it was with a snarky, sarcastic, attitude. I am truly pissed right now.

I have been a member (personal and business) here since Aug 2018. Over the last year, everything has been positive. This is a smaller credit union than some of the big military CU's in the area. Harvesters is working very hard on the online payment systems like the big banks have. This is very expensive technology and takes time to insure reliable secure systems. Some of the online reviews left here are slightly irrational. Maybe these negative comments should go to Wells or BOA where you are just a number. No bank or credit union is perfect. Banking is a service, and you are free to choose one of the thousand in town.

Predatory lenders. Got financed for a car way over it’s value. Once I was a few days past my payment, I’d get emails and phone calls asking when I’m going to make my payment.

Worst customer service! Wouldn't recommend Harvesters to anyone. They will not return calls as they say they will, and they act like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. I went to central credit union and they are so much better without any of the hassle!

I give you guys a negtive zero... I hate you guys i need money yesterday from account and the atm said i reached my 300 dollar limit mine you that was Friday cause i need to pay bills its now sunday in im stuck because i cant get money from MY account... I will be there monday or tuesday to close my account out. YOU GUYS SUCK...Thank you so much for helping me.. So glad im around a lot of people THAT I DONT KNOW who care... Because you guys dont... YOU SUCK and i cant wait to close this account and im telling everybody how you treated me...
