I have banked with them for years. When other people get their direct deposits at midnight, mine doesn't come through until 8 the next day. They will subtract something the second it is done but if I try to transfer money or get a direct deposit, it is never immediate, even if I pay extra money to have it immediately deposited. It is very frustrating. Needless to say I am transferring to another bank.

They don't care about their customers and no employee is ever on the same page with what another one told you. If you want to bank here, make sure to record all of your phone conversations.

Hands down the worst banking experience you could have to be honest with you you might wanna hand you your money to a stranger on the side of the road that you met 😂 you with probably have more access to your funds than you will with this bank!
