Great customer service! I spoke woth Jimbo about the purchase of a firearm. He explained the process very well. He showed me a few that fit my needs. After i settled on one I made my purchase and pocked it up after the rquired waiting period. If you visit this store make sure to ask for Jimbo!

Brought in a 5 disc player showed them it worked but wanted to hear it. Asked if they had anything to hook it up to which they do. Then didn’t want to put the effort in it to actually help me out with it.

If you’re law enforcement, do not shop here. They claim they do law enforcement discounts but don’t even specify which ones and then went on to say it’s a “courtesy” in a belittling manner. They continued to be rude and dismissive when simple clarification was asked. So to clear it all up, even if you have law enforcement in your job title, you’re not getting anything unless your specifically Pensacola police. Sorry if you’re police from anywhere else ... but that’s what they stuck with. Forget about the discount, the disrespect is what turned me completely off about this place.

They are so helpful with my questions and giving me more time to get my property back, you can extend your default date for as long as you need.. also pay weekly or biweekly to extend your default date! Julia is always so nice and so helpful!

Just went to go buy my girlfriends son a PS3 so he could experience the joy that I did as a kid. Hard to say but I never in my life experienced so much racial profiling as they employee did to me. They tried to sell me a used PlayStation with a none working usb cord. And wouldn’t even give me a discount this is the worst pawn I ever been in. The place smells like BO and they have everything laying around such lazy workers and terrible employees this place has.

Rarely do I write reviews. I view good service as par, anything less and I simply choose to take my business elsewhere. On the same hand, when a business and their employees go above and beyond my expectations and turn my possible purchase into an informative learning experience, without once pressuring a sale on me, I feel obligated to recommend them to others like myself. I walked out of the store feeling more helped than sold. I will definitely return and advise anyone to check them out, they have a great selection of firearms at more than reasonable prices. My husband went in looking for an aniversery gift for me. I told him to talk to Scott because I have purchased all my jewelry from him. Scott was able to help my husband find a wonderful tennis braclet! If you need your husbands hand held for a gift purchase, send him to Scott! You can not go wrong with him!

A couple of weeks ago, I went in and sold an item to the staff. Julia helped me and was extremely professional the entire time. She gave me more than a fair price for the item I was selling and the transaction went extremely smoothly. I was expecting to haggle and fight with the staff and that was not the experience I got at all. Will come back to this place for sure.

Have had nothing but great experiences there. Been in there several times, purchased guns and ammo and tools. The retail appearances aren’t too high end retail but what lacks there the staff clearly makes up for with great customer service, quality wares, and good prices.

My sisters Rachel and Mitzi have been going through our recently deceased father's things and the staff at this location have been so nice and patient ( which I'm sure was tough) I just wanted to publicly thank them. They made something unpleasant to say the least into something bearable and a little fun. They're still far from their goal of a New Orleans trip with his ashes but I'm sure it will happen. Buyer Beware when purchasing firearms. Their prices reflect good working order pieces but hundreds of dollars later my rifle is now actually functional. Take an experienced person with you or buy new if you're not at that level.
