Nice place inside. Friendly staff. What surprised me most was their knowledge about doing taxes. I even got some free advice. I like it. Good store. Good people.

This has to be one of the best places I have ever worked with! Jon has always been A plus I customer service but the entire store is clean and well run. I ended up having a small issue with my new tab and they quickly and professionally were able to help me figure it all out after I purchased it! Who does that? That's what I thought no one. Hands down the best place to go.

I've been coming in here awhile weather it be buying guns or pawning items and I can say this is the best pawn shop I have ever been to! Jon will treat you right and will never insult you like a lot of these types of places will. Very family oriented shop and it shows in their flawless customer service!

So, I walked into this store today for the very first time. My wife and I were greeted by a smile from the Manager, Clayton. We were NEVER pressured into buying anything nor treated rudely! I was able to put an item on layaway, that was also a sale item. So, I must say, we will ONLY be going to this pawn shop for all of our future business! Highly impressed with their friendliness, professionalism, knowledge & willingness to negotiate. Thank you very much!!!

John and Courtney are both very professional and knowledgeable about all of the products they carry. In a time of need I brought in a couple items and they compensated me very fairly. They also have a very large selection of guns/firearms all in great shape. I will only use this local small business pawn shop / tax service in the future.

Love their jewelry and they have excellent customer service. Clayton, Jon, and Courtney are so so nice and will work with you. I will be back to this pawnshop every time I need to buy or pawn something.

Of all the pawn shops in the area (10-15 within a few miles of eachother) The Pawn Shop is easily my favorite choice, if not my only choice. I say "only"because more times than not they have whatever it is I'm looking for so theres no need to go anywhere else. Clayton is awesome, he's helped me several times and is extremely fair and honest and he is willing to work with you and he knows his stuff. Matter of fact, everyone I've talked to up there has been very friendly and helpful anytime I've ever gone in there. Great place I urge anybody to check them out before they bother going anywhere else. Staff knows their stuff and gives great prices for buying, selling, and pawning. They have a sweet guitar collection and tons of cool bikes. I bought a bike and love it!

Always good business dealing with Courtney and the rest of the staff! They've always treated me fair on anything and everything! I've been to every pawn shop in town and they're by far the best to do business with! I won't deal deal with any of shop in town and that's the truth! I see bad reviews and I don't understand why, I'm guessing it's bc whomever walked in the store was rude and disrespectful themselves!

You absolutely should go here if you need a loan!!! I have been doing business with them for. 5 yrs. They have the best deals on most anything you need. As has by far been the fairest when giving me the money for the value of items I have had to get loans on!!!

Checked with everyone else in town, nobody else would spend the time to do the research on my rare, high end item. These guys took the time to come up with a fair offer for both of us. Great place, great employees. Big thumbs up.

They are a wonderful business that truly listened to our needs and was very accommodating. We went to another pawn shop before here and the interaction was night and day. They didn't mind a bit actually helping us with what our firearm was worth. The place before expected us to handed it over for a little bit of nothing. From the first moment I stepped foot in the door I felt so comfortable and right at home. Privacy and confidentiality is always respected and you’re never just treated as a number or a dollar sign. They are very thorough and will make sure that all of your questions and concerns are answered and your mind is at ease, all while ensuring that you get the maximum refund . Everyone there has the most beautiful sprit and if by chance any consumer was to enter not in such a good mood, I guarantee by the end of your visit you will feel wonderful. Clayton was amazing with all the help and and fair with pricing with selling my AR-15 to them. They didnt try to argue me down. He showed me the prices my gun goes for and got it close to what I wanted to offer everything for. Will buy and sell here again!!!

We just recently purchased another bridal set for myself. Courtney and the rest of the staff were so helpful and friendly. They even did same day sizing for free. I recommend this place to everyone.

This is the best pawn shop in Pensacola, they are great on what they will give you. I pawn my do equipment going though bad time, and 4mo.later I went back to see if they will had it. They did and said they didn't have it out to sell because they knew it was important to me and I would be back to get it. I appreciate that because they could have sold my equipment on eBay and got 4 times more money than what they made on me, GRRAT STORE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Can’t say enough great things about both stores!! Wonderful staff, clean and organized store! Items are in great condition! The tax office has always gone above and beyond! Their staff is very knowledgeable and I wouldn’t let anyone else do my taxes!!! Highly recommended!!!

Great customer service, lots to look at, I really like the team here have always have been going here as a business owner buying tools and having my taxes filed. Have yet to have a problem. I hate that they got a bad review from another tax company employee on here. It's a shame people go that far because their business lacks expertise. Not so with the tax service!! Must let them help you, they can do it!!

John Tyler and Courtney are absolutely amazing. I have been searching for a xbox one for my son for Christmas and they told me when they recieved one and it was great they would hold it for me and they did just that. John walked me step by step yo set it up and to make it work.
