I got injury on the weekend I knew I needed a lawyer at hand due to racialization realization of taking with the adjuster who works for the bissness at fault not for the at fault party. On the other hand, ✋ Harrell and Harrell my legal team stood up for me never not once let the other party admire getting over on me. The diversity, of the firm Harrell and Harrell overpopulated there standard by far. Also therefore, Harrell and Harrell is for the client. To sum up , not of the at fault party meaning there for my well-being as a whole fighting for my constitutional rights govern by lawmakers.

I had a great experience with H&H handling my PIP/MVA case. Ms. Nancy was very informative and respondent. Ms. Coutu was able to obtain a settlement for more than I expected. I highly recommend her and H&H.

If I could give a negative recommendation I would in order to convey how unequivocally this business has offended myself and my spouse who was the one who procured their services. Unfriendly, dismissive, non-communicative, unresponsive, and obfuscated in every sense of the word when we tried to attain outside monetary assistance. Do yourself a favor and seek counsel elsewhere.

WORST PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. First off the paralegal had the nerves to ask me ( did you run red lights and have your lights out on purpose). After that it was all down hill ( hell) I had to do a the follow up and footwork. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

When it comes to this particular firm they are rip off they don't care about your case they don't want to share information they don't want to give you information or copies of your case the lady who handled my case was retiring she rushed my case and never sent me any type of paperwork in the mail and there's nothing I could do about it because. By the time I got compensated for my injuries I owed out more than what went into my account and a & Harrell & Harrell still got more money than me left me almost broke 20,000 I only got like 4 thousand while Harrell & Harrell got 6,666. And then told me take it or leave it or shop it around.... I would never trust another firm that is commercial famous...

Long post* I got in a car accident the last day of 2019 Harrell and Harrell accepted my case quickly. Helped me find a doctor who eventually did my shoulder surgery, all while helping me with things like funding for surgery and personal expenses. And most importantly at one point I had given up I told miss Alison and Mr. Greg whatever the next offer is take it life was getting to me they both understood but told me my case was worth more (thankfully I listened) and a week later they settled for policy limits more then I originally thought I was going to get. Very kind, knowledgeable and caring. Good team to have my case settled in under 11 months and they are still helping me to reduce Liens so I can get more money in my pocket Thank you Greg and Alison and your entire team!

They did a wonderful job and put in a lot of work to get my case resolved. They also did a lot of extra work to make things work with my unique situation of having to move across the country during my case. My case was resolved without any problems. I was fortunate to be referred to Coastal Spine and Pain for physical therapy and injections in my neck for pain. The whole process was frustrating. Every time I either spoke to Nicole (attorney) or corresponded with her regarding my daughter, she was extremely condescending. I felt like I was being talked to like I was the insurance company..like I was stupid. We have never been through something like this and I feel she could have a better bedside manor. She is supposed to guide people throughout this process with out making it worse for the victims

I had an auto accident in June of 2020. I was not at fault but began to feel that way after taking to the insurance companies. I made one phone call to Renee Harrell and everything changed for the better. Renee, her team of attorneys and staff went to work for me. The medical bills, personal losses and insurance companies badgering me all went away. They really do know your name and offer a personal touch when handling your case. I was travelling to my daughter's softball practice. We had to stop suddenly , we did. We were rearended by a woman who never even braked, I will say at 50-60 mph. To this day 5 years later , Their lawyer, Gregory Schlax never even met me. He was assigned(I guess) to be my invisible lawyer. My case settled for $12500, and he/they NEVER addressed ANY of my concerns, involving physical pain and future nerve damages and neuropathy... I Repeatedly asked the incompetent paralegal about this and 10 months in out of the blue they assigned another paralegal to me... I had asked about how it would settle and Schlax's 1 contact to me was a snotty sounding email stating we could settle for less immediately... Meaning, he did NOT want to hear my questions or deal with me... Every night I see the ads for Harrel and Harrel it angers me, if I got treated like family, they hate each other. A fast food window worker cares more about me than Schlax did... Steer clear of this bunch, I still live, sleep, and exist in pain and with tremors... I do Acupuncture for 21 years and every one I talk to about motor vehicle accidents I say don't use Them or him! Ever!!!

Harrell & Harrell handled an accident wherein I was injured. The whole staff was very professional. Though my case wasn't worth millions, they treated it as if it were. Any time that I had questions about the process they were very quick to respond with clear answers. In the end I netted nearly eleven times the small amount of money that was offered by the insurance company of the person who hit me. It scares me to think about the people who take the quick check and then have to pay for their own medical expenses for years after the accident, or worse, can't get help because they can't afford it.
