    I usually don't have to visit a VyStar branch because I do all of my banking online or through the app, but today I needed a cashier's check for my mother to close on her house. I overheard one of the Branch managers discussing they had a full and hectic 9AM appointment schedule so I braced for a long wait, but I was seen in less than 5 minutes by a teller named "Janna". Janna was friendly and polite and made the process quick and even enjoyable! I've honestly never had a bad experience at this branch, but Janna made my experience GREAT. I left a voicemail for the VP for Janna's stellar service and I hope this review makes it to her as well. Thanks VyStar and Janna for a lovely banking experience!

    Does the manager greet people at the front door now instead of helping get the line down? Are we as customers expected to wait in this horrendous line that goes basically out the door while tellers work near every transaction near this bank? I've banked with VyStar for years and after the so called "online update" everything associated with this bank has gone down hill. I was in the bank to get statements for the last year which were "unavailable" due to the system update. How long has it been now VyStar? How many different systems do your employees need to access information? My teller went through three different systems and even had to step away to call support to get the help she needed. Two hours later I left with a letter stating my records have been requested, with no expected date. I will do everything in my power to not have to walk through these doors again, starting by changing to an actual bank who knows how to properly communicate with their customers.

    I have bank with Vystar for more than 15 years. Their service has always been excellent. Recently I refinance my car with them and the experience was superb. I was help by Brianna Dearmon with the process and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Loved working with her.

    For VyStar in general, the service for the last week has been absolutely horrendous. Online banking has been down for 7 days with no relief in sight. Not everyone can sit on the phone for hours hoping to speak to an actual human or visit already packed branches to check their balance. There's no excuse for this atrocity and I can't wait to move banks.

    When I came in, Kerron assisted me with my transactions, he gave me excellent service. He apologized for the wait time and after that made everything quick and easy. He walked me through the process stepped by stepped. He made me feel like I could really trust him.

    This bank has gotten horrible. What does the manager do? Are they greeters now. They stand by front door and do nothing. How about helping tellers when line is out door. No one in offices but don't come out and help. Tellers are doing cc applications and everything else. 25 people waiting on 3 tellers and 1 never help but 1 person the hour + I had to wait to make a deposit. Customer service has left this bank guess that is reason for motto change because they sure do not act as it is your money.

    Vystar has just been forcible in general... my husband and I opened a business account with them, and we had to add myself to the account(something that should be very basic) and it's taken over an hour , and we're still waiting. Moreover, in order to do this, instead of bringing us in the small business office as we expected, we waited in the teller line for this type of service? And I actually see people opening accounts in the teller line as well(which takes a long time ). I do not recommend vystar in any way, shape or form.

    The online banking has been down for over a month now, you go to the branch line is out the door, you call customer service the hold time is 55 minutes. I am moving all my accounts to a real bank.
