Hancock (PCB branch) is the best bank we have ever used. I have other accounts somewhere else (Wells Fargo and Tyndall Fed CU) but I prefer to go to Hancock because they have the best customer service. Everyone who works there are very friendly, nice, helpful and accommodating all the time. I have been with this bank for so many years and I am always pleased with the great service.

These people cashed a check drawn on an account at their institution and charged me $9 without so much as letting me know. Use a bank that honors their financial instruments. Have a nice day and go elsewhere.

Called two times to get in touch with someone about a construction loan and nobody ever called back. I guess they have all the business they need.

Being multiple business owners, my wife and I have have used Hancock Whitney Bank on the beach for many years. Their tellers are very personable and have become friends over the years. The management and support staff always have a smile and a friendly greeting waiting for you. It sounds corny when you read the words. But, the fact is, sometimes I just want to go into the bank just to say hey!
