I recently had some gold jewelry that belonged to my mother in law that I was selling for my wife. The jewelry came from Brazil where they only use 18ct gold. I first took it to a well known store on 15Th street. The lady that I spoke to there was nice but I didnt feel like they were offering me a fair price. I then took my items to Panama Pawn where the owner looked over my things and paid me way more for my gold. The main item I sold was an 18ct bracelet that weighed 40.40 grams. The 15th street store only offered me $950.00 while the owner of Panama Pawn paid me $1350.00. All in all I received over $700.00 more by selling to Panama Pawn. When it comes to selling gold I highly recommend doing business with Panama Pawn ! He definitely did right by me

All I can say is wow! The customer service was unparalleled. My experience was everything it should be, fast, efficient, treated with respect, I was paid well for my items, and above all else the employees were soooooo nice. It is a family owned business. I wish all shopping experiences could be like this. The gentleman even remembered my name from out brief telephone conversation the day before. This family owned business needs to teach others on what customer service is supposed to be like. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

Hands down the Best pawn and Jeweler in Bay county. I recommend this place to everyone. I got top dollar for my gold and guns. Owners are very nice and highly knowledgeable. Has a great inventory to choose from. Worth the visit everytime

This is by far the best pawn shop I've been to. The owner is fair and honest. I'm a regular at this place. I've never had any problems. I've never pawned anything so I cant speak on that part but I've bought multiple things from electronics to jewelry, not once did I get screwed over. People fail to realize, a pawn shop is there to make money, not to give away stuff for free. With that said , nothing I've seen or bought has been over priced. These are good people.

1st I called the guy and asked if they had any silver rounds and he said no but went in anyway because I was curious on what the had and turned out they didn't but they did have fake silver rounds. I ended up buying them but later found out they were fake. Ver disappointed will not go again.

They are kind courtest and very knowledgeable about their merchandise. I have both bought and sold merchandise from them. More often than not their prices àre fair. I was elated about their ability to haggle over price I was willing to pay for an item. Left there with less money than I a walked in with but walked out with the merchandise I wanted. Win-win ☺️

This is by far the best pawnshop in Bay County. They are 100% honest and amazingly fair and friendly. My girlfriend and I tried to sell some gold jewelry to a local "we buy gold" store on Thomas drive and the saleswoman completely lied about the amount of gold we had and only offered us $55. I refused to take that small amount and called Panama Pawn to get a quote on my gold. Not only did the owner quote me an estimated price on the value of my gold, but he explained why my gold was worth more than twice the amount that the "we buy gold" store offered me. When we took our scrap gold to Panama Pawn, he gave us exactly what he had told us the gold was worth (which turned out to be $120) and they were all extremely friendly. I strongly recommend anyone who plans on selling anything to go to Panama Pawn if they want quick and friendly service. You can be sure you're going to get the best deal anyone could offer.
